Contact form at the end of all posts
Greetings Oren, Good question. We use this tactic a lot with clients and on our own website but we don't necessarily include it on every page or post in an attempt to reduce blindness to the form. We do it quite often though. The key is to make sure you don't just thrown the form in there but actually call the reader to action in some way. ie: "For more information on (what the post topic is about), sign up for our monthly newsletter below:" If definitely improves conversion rate (although I don't have any specific numbers for you) and with the right hook in the call to action is very effective in lead generation, and also classifying your leads into buckets of interest for different types of email campaigns (or whatever).

Is it appropriate to use review markup for testimonials without numerical rankings
Hello Oren, Most of the information I have seen requires some kind of rating number or data in order for reviews to show in the SERP. If you look at google's guidelines for setting up structured data for an individual review, https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/146645?hl=en#individual , you will see the 'rating ' is one of the properties. If you set this up without the rating property and then ran it through the rich snippet testing tool you will see an error and therefore the data will not be displayed in the SERP. Also, in my experience, ratings structured data can be a bit finicky too, if the markup is not 100% accurate, then they do not display. Hope that helps.

Tools like Followerwonk for Facebook and G+
+1 to what Keri said. Facebook is pretty restrictive. There used to be a great G+ product out there, Find me on Plus, but it seems to have gone the way of the Dodo. Not sure what happened there. I know we are doing some interesting stuff internally w/ G+ and hope that it will see the light of day in product.

Out of State Local Search
Hi Oren, Thanks for the great explanation. So, let me try to sum up the options I see. Option 1: Legal firm with physical offices in Delaware and California In this case, the firm can have a Google+ Local page for each physical office, linking to a website landing page for each physical office. Be sure, of course, that each physical office has a unique local phone number. In this scenario, the client has good hope of showing up in the local results for the cities in California and Delaware in which they are are physically located. Option 2: Legal firm in with an office California that will send attorneys to Delaware to serve clients In this case, the legal firm can have a Google+ Local page for their California, but not one for Delaware if they don't have a physical office in the latter state. They can, however, build content on their website to reflect the work they do in Delaware cities. In this scenario, the firm has a good chance of showing up in the local results for their California city, but not their Delaware ones. Instead, they must aim for organic visibility for their work in Delaware, and if we're dealing with the legal practice, this can be tough because there are likely to be a ton of lawyer in almost any major city. So, it's possible but very difficult to achieve good organic visibility with this content. Hopefully, I've covered the two scenarios that might apply to your client. It pretty much all comes down to the cities in which one is physically located dictating in which cities one ranks locally.

Showing up in Related Videos on Youtube
I don't think that, right now, It has a huge amount to do with G+. However, you can bet that the integration will be there at some point in the near future.

Repetitive Speaker and Keyword Stuffing Penalty
Thanks, that's very helpful. Signals on the video are mostly positive, I was just a bit worried about the repetitive word, but I guess I really should have been focusing on the user experience, which is just fine.

How do you determine how much a link is worth?
I got by # of visits, interaction on the site + and on its social network sites - by both themselves and by readers/visitors. and how often the blog or resources are updated.

360 business photos worth it?
Nice to see you here, Matthew! Agree, Google shows no signs of phasing this out, but they are also not providing guidance regarding the reduced visibility of this product.
