Not exactly. When it comes to different countries, like the example domains you listed above. (.com and .ca) Google allows for mirrored or duplicate sites by country. When it comes to multiple sites in the same country, Google will give value to the first use of the content, then no value to the 2nd use. In the example you gave of San Diego and Atlanta, it is important to create unique content, citations and backlinks that are localized to that site's location. I have a client that has two separate appliance companies in the same area and two separate websites. I've used some of the same general content on both, but have content that is unique to both, along with unique links, and they both rank really well.

Miriam here, signed into Mozzer Alliance at the moment. Yes, include the suite number within span tags, definitely. You are also right that Google wants suites in the second address line, but for Schema purposes, do include them within the address section.

We've checked Hotfrog's API, but if they're not showing that listing information to us, then there's no way for us to display the information within your Moz Local listing. So, the best thing I could recommend would be to contact Hotfrog directly, and ask them to make sure that the listing is fully visible to Moz

If a lot of your citations are San Diego based then perhaps. Even Moz doesn't get a knowledge box from time to time unless you enter Moz Seattle, WA, and their brand is very national / international. Again, a big part of the knowledge box is user intent and search volumes.
