Its known that adwords' kw planner does not give us (in SEO, not in paid) a reliable data. For any tool data you use, it will be data from past time and rarely will differ from one week to another. It could be different for any given month, because of seasonality. As a general advise, Google a lot and try to follow some of the authoritative communities and blogs that share advises. Like Moz blog, Ahrefs blog, Search Engine Land, SEMrush and many others.
