RE: Finding an SEO partner?
Thanks for the enthusiastic and insightful responses/discussion. Hopefully I keep getting input. I'm going to mark as answered. I know what I need to do. I believe I will go the direction of finding a good SEO person to help me implement a plan and take care of the plan myself.
Thanks!

RE: Finding an SEO partner?
**...develop a plan and coach me by phone to implement. **
That's exactly what I need. I find one SEO technique and that leads me to another and another and..... it goes on and on until my focus starts to wain. And I'm normally a fairly focused individual!

RE: Finding an SEO partner?
You make some good points.
I'm throwing the idea out there. The products I carry I am knowledgeable and enthusiastic about. It's the SEO I'm diving into which is throwing me for a bit of a loop. I'm feeling there is so much information out there that it's hard to slog through it on my own.
Finding an SEO to guide me and showing me how to do the work would be a great scenario. For example, the ability for my site to convert...I'm not sure where to begin to improve something like that. Google A/B testing is a start I'm looking into it . I'd be happy to entertain the cost of an SEO who would be more of a guide than a doer. I'm open to all possibilities.
Thanks for your input,
Gary

RE: Finding an SEO partner?
True about the partnerships but I think it's possible to find someone who may work well with you before putting in hours of work.
The $99/mo for SEOmoz isn't bad and I may opt for that PRO feature but for me, at this point, the information isn't what's needed as much as the time and energy. Link building, keyword optimizing, etc. can all be done fairly intelligently without the SEOmoz pro membership. Once the conversions start to come in then I can opt in for the PRO membership to drill in a bit more.

RE: Finding an SEO partner?
Yes, I like it too so far. I am slowly learning about many different aspects of SEO. The main trouble I'm having so far is focusing on one or two because there are quite a few angles to approach. That's why I was figuring if someone was helping it could pay off well.
As far as tracking, I would work that out to a satisfactory degree when I find someone who is honest, enthusiastic and interested. I'm sure we could figure something out.
Thanks for your input. I think I will stick with SEOmoz but not sure if the $99. per/month is worth it for me right now. I'm on the 30 day free trial.

Finding an SEO partner?
I'm diving into SEO and finding it's a daunting task with only me, myself and I. I was looking for someone who may be interested in helping me out. The catch is that my site, although generating income, is not generating enough to pay upfront. I have a great URL, been in business quite awhile and have a solid foundation. Maybe someone would be interested in working on SEO with me for a return of profits from conversions. Could be a lucrative offer for both of us.

Campaigns Domain and Subdomain... ?
I made two separate campaigns before I understood the meaning of "subdomain". I make one campaign for my www.com and another for my .com. I now realize I should have made the .com the domain and the www. the subdomain in the same campaign. Is there a way to edit this?
Thanks!
