There are several conversion tools available. Most tags for these tools would go in the head tags on your template. That is the easiest way to get them on every page while only having to add the code once.

If you are asking which tool to use, that is the tricky part. Google Analytics has their ECommerce section in Beta right now, but that's what I use to manage my organic conversions. You can track transactions that happen on your site alone. Not phone calls or personal interactions unfortunately. If that tool ever develops, please let me know!

GA is a free tool, and it is very accurate. If you haven't looked into that yet, I would check it out.

I would disagree that this does no harm. If you are targeting the keyword "Sony" for example, it loses relevancy the more you have it dispersed throughout your site with duplicate content. Matt Cutts has a great video here, http://searchengineland.com/googles-matt-cutts-duplicate-content-wont-hurt-you-unless-it-is-spammy-167459 where he discusses this. If any of those duplicate pages have keywords, you are losing ranking opportunities.

Have you thought about adding a reviews system to those pages? That helped me a lot with all of the parts and accessories I have on my site. I also started putting them on the main pages to build some prioritization. For example:

My Generator Page: Includes the Generator, then displays the accessory and parts pages. I allow my users to add them to the cart from this page in order to focus the traffic in one location. This has helped my main pages and and my accessory pages.

I added reviews to the parts pages and then helpful tidbits of information where I could. Such as maintenance schedules, how to articles and any other topic I could think of that would be helpful to someone looking for those parts and accessories.

Have you resubmitted your sitemap? That is a slightly simpler step. Personally I would wait for the pages to be indexed. This should really only take about 2 weeks. The SERP might reflect the old site until then, but if your rankings are good then that is a good thing for your SEO.

I don't think that fetching in this case will correctly reindex your site. The wait and see game is going to be your best chance at getting the natural response you want from Google without sacrificing your existing rankings.

If you are logged into your admin panel, the one for your website, you will see every page most of the time.

Have you no followed those pages? Did you change the URL? If you changed the URL without redirecting the old URL you will get a 404 error. Make sure that when you changed your hosting solution that the URL structure didn't change for some reason.

Are you signed into Google when doing these searches? That is a huge factor in local rankings. Can you track the SERP of the map listing in any tool?

Oh this is a tough one. The problem is that no matter the tags and language, the content is the same. It is reflecting duplicate content because it is duplicate content. Duplicate content within your site is serious, especially if you are trying to target keywords on those pages.

The hreflang tags should help you be able to display languages without using so many duplicate pages. I don't have much experience with that tag, but my advice would be to look into it further to help with your duplicate content issue. No following the duplicate pages will ultimately effect their rankings, so that probably isn't the best thing to do.

The H tags kind of prioritize your pages and tell the engines the relevancy of what is there. There is no harm in their order, it is like a built in ranking system.

I started working with a company in August and have been trying to fix some major SEO issues. What I noticed is that at the times I made several changes, 301s, on page changes, revising content, I would see a huge decrease in rankings one week and then they would start to level out over the next 2-3 weeks. This isn't atypical, it shouldn't concern you too much right now.

Here are a few suggestions. Google your keyword + the number of your company. There should be an arrow in the SERP next to your URL, click that and select "Cached". This will tell you if the engine has seen your changes yet or not. If it has been cached, just wait a week and see if it levels out a little better, or at least bounces back to where it was.

The second thing you should do is check your search impressions in webmaster tools. With the two big updates happening in the past 30 days a huge change in your search impressions could cause some of your keywords to move around until things even out. You want to look for search impressions that dip below your lowest average day before 10/17/14. This will tell you if Panda or Penguin are having an affect on your rankings. If they are, this could just be temporary as the rest of the penguin update unfolds.

I say give it a couple of weeks just to be safe. I wouldn't make any other changes just yet. You don't want to fall victim to over optimizing either.

That is kind of surprising, however I think it varies depending on the difficulty of the keyword and whether or not the site is locally optimized. It is definitely a little tricky.

I think that website optimization is kind of the umbrella term for SEO and CRO. Optimizing you website for search engines and for searchers really.

The goal of CRO is to get people buying on your site. You change layouts, move phone numbers, increase call to actions in order to drive your traffic to make purchases. I believe CRO is almost equally, if not more, important than SEO. Driving traffic is an art, and converting them is the gallery where you sell those paintings.

I could be wrong, but, this is how I see it

I would say that is a good assumption. Keep in mind that if you have a page ranking for a particular keyword already it is had to get that page to unrank. Short of de-optimizing that page, you kind of have to wait it out.

I would make sure that the m.domain has been redirected, then it will just take some time. With a responsive design you don't need the m.domain any longer.

This is a tough question and there are a few things that matter in this situation.

First, if you or your client are logged into Google when manually checking the rankings on something you will get a skewed SERP. Also, you can get slightly different rankings between Chrome, Firefox and IE. I have found in my research that I actually get the most pure, consistent results when I search in IE. Probably because I am never logged into anything there and I have absolutely no history. That is another thing, you have to make sure you delete browsing history, this can also skew your SERPs.

Location is a factor in search results. I would say that this could be the issue, that the location of the IP address skews that particular result as well.

I hate to say this, but tools are not perfect. I use a couple of different keyword tracking programs and the only thing consistent is their inconsistency. Some of the more difficult keywords that aren't on page one sometimes have the wrong ranking by a few positions. Sometimes it is as simple as what time the report was generated. This isn't the end of the world. I usually double check a few of these rankings just to make sure. The best way to get accurate results is get that page to the first page and keep it there. Once you have it on page one, you will have solid positioning.

I think a lot of people have seen some drop in their DA because of the Panda and Penguin updates. Have you checked your links? How about your Crawl Errors and Search Status in GWT?

How long ago did you make the switch? Is it possible that the older mobile version of your site is still indexed? I would wait 2-3 weeks before worrying about not seeing the correct title tags in the SERPs.

Until the new site starts outranking the old site, you might see old data in Google. When you click on the link and it takes you to your new site, do you see the correct title tag?

When you have keywords in a campaign that rank on pages of your site, that is what you will see under keyword rankings. Unfortunately, sometimes those pages aren't your targeted pages. And sometimes, you actually rank for a keyword on more than one page of your site.

You can use the on page grader to rate keyword on a specific page or use the rank tracker to monitor a specific keyword on a specific page over time.

I often am faced with a similar issue on my site, apelectric.com. We have models that get discontinued and replaced all the time. We also have obsolete parts and out of stock inventory every so often. I think that your plan has solid strategy. The pages that still have value because they are old and have seen a good amount of traffic can be either repurposed or redirected to better suit your website. If you are ranking well on pages, don't get rid of them. Matt Cutts at Google has backed the 404 strategy when a product is completely discontinued with no hopes of returning. In this case, I don't think that is the best strategy.

What I have done in the past is re-purposed the page to offer similar products. This is great for the user, and in turn, great for your SEO. Having pages with nothing on them is never a good idea, so add relevant items like similar models or any kind of parts and maintenance if you provide those. You can also add some content about the product you don't have anymore to go with the similar products. Content is a great idea all the time.

That sounds like a good plan. Disavow the bad links and make sure they are completely gone. Getting rid of bad links will help your DA as well as building high quality links.

Content is only one part of the equation, a strong link profile is also very important. Are you building new links regularly? Do you have outbound links to reputable, industry related sites? You should be adding between 5 and 10% of the existing link profile regularly. Their competitors could be outranking for a lot of things. Do you use the Moz toolbar? It is really helpful you want to do some keyword comparisons on page. You will be able to check their DA, PA and links on a particular page. That might be able to give you some insight that I can't. If you would like to offer some more information, maybe the keyword and your domain, I would be happy to look into it further.
