Changing URLs for SEO
So I made this change 2 days ago... I created a 301 from /business to /enterprise. Here's what I am seeing so far: Both pages are indexed... why? The /business page is still ranking in the same place for the same terms The /enterprise page isn't ranking well For some reason our homepage ranking for the target keyword fell off the map completely... this is probably unrelated but not sure

Backlink redirects and resulting SEO impact
The links I looked at were being passed through with a 301 status code, which would be fine for SEO, but then they're passed through a 307, which is a temporary redirect akin to a 302. This Moz article notes that most major crawlers treat it the same as a 302, which implies that it's unlikely to pass any link value through to the destination site.

Exchanging Guest Blog Opportunities - SEO Implications?
We do this on a monthly basis with another company (a former employee who moved to a different company, there's synergy in what both companies offer). So far (and we've been doing it for just over a year) we haven't had any problems with doing this. We also do guest blogging without reciprocal relationship. I think it works so long as there are clear, demonstrable reasons for doing so - like I say we do this with a company that is not in direct competition with us but does have synergy with what we offer so we're able to provide expertise in our area for their visitors and vice versa. I think it adds value for our visitors and theirs. Hope this helps

Are links on a press page considered "reciprocal linking"?
It shouldn't matter at all. If you're worried the sites are low quality, you might consider no following, but press link pages are pretty common.
