Extremely high internal Links
Maybe it is a type of blog filtering/tags and they are creating more as they create new articles? If they are spammy links it's going to turn out bad for them.

Is the new local 3-pack the death of Google+ as factor?
Hey Richard, I'm sorry I didn't see this until today. Yes, Google definitely seems to be demoting Google+ in a big way. Recommended reading: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2015/08/07/thoughts-about-the-new-local-stack-display/ http://blumenthals.com/blog/2015/08/06/7-pack-becoming-3-pack-with-mobile-like-snak-pack-rollout/ I'm not sure I'm totally following your last paragraph about the national agencies. Are you saying they no longer seem to feel G+ is as important as they used to? Sorry, not quite sure that's what you're explaining, but I can see why people would feel that way, given that G+ links have become so invisible. Nevertheless, the Google My Business dash remains as important as ever as the main source for the data now featured in the new Local Stacks/Local Finder and the other types of Snack-Pack style results. So, the dashboard is still important, but the front-end display represents a genuine departure from what we'd grown accustomed to. Many Local SEOs feel the Local Stack is a step toward a paid inclusion model and this could certainly be true. Glad you used my favorite little trick - looking up the business on Moz Local to get to the Google+ page. Works like a charm every time Thanks for starting a good discussion!

301 redirects for a redesign.
I was just going to comment on Don's post about your issue but it seems you've cleared it up. As I understand here, you will be keeping your domain name, just building a new site on a new host. Good, good. You're link juice will keep flowing if you keep your current domain, so relax. Since you're starting from scratch, you should consider using a platform or static HTML site that you will have complete control over. Those hosted SaaS website builders are not what you want if you're here on MOZ looking to rank well organically. I've had really great results with Magento (not Magento Go), so I can safely recommend it. Odoo, WordPress, Joomla, and other popular open-source platforms all can get you want you need in terms of technical SEO features, but you'll need plugins and modules that may affect performance. Due diligence will pay off here. Your next step is to do your own site index, noting all the page URLs now and either replicate this structure or set up redirects to avoid a hit in rankings. Since your site seems small and your referring links all point to your homepage, I'd say you might be able to skip this step without a major hit. If you can scrape your current site to save for reference, now is a good time for that. For DNS, I suggest CloudFlare. Read up and you'll see why. Good luck and post back if you have any more questions about this migration. Cheers!

Deleting duplicate listings in MOZ LOCAL
Thanks David, I most of my clients are professionals, so I get several listings for the practice name and then several listings for each doctor plus the practice name. I think the information is being scrapped from some professional association groups. New ones keep popping up each month, mainly coming from Yahoo and its affiliates.

Fake Yahoo Local Listing
Thanks Ray. I was also under the impression that Yext may have created this listing trying to get a foot in the door. I also share the same dislike for Yext as you do. We already have a page out ranking the false listing, but that false listing just started popping up in the first page of results. Another issue is the the way the listing is title makes it seem the office manager is a dentist. Guess I will give contacting them a shot. Thanks again.
