Is good for SEO update blog post dates after update post content
Hi Dario, Yes, when revamping and improving your content... update the publication date too. I cant assure you that Google will use it as a ranking factor, but it will help searchers in Google when they see the updated time. Yes, googleBot does recrawl every page of your site. If you think that it's been too long since visited that particular page, then you could manually request a crawl in Search Console: In Crawl -> Fetch as Google. Hope it helps. Best luck. GR

Is still important video markup scheme
Like Patrick said, schema is still important in general. However, since video snippets for private sites (all but YouTube, Vimeo, etc) died a while back, it might not be worth your while to pursue implementing this markup. I might focus my efforts elsewhere (beefing up content, building quality links, etc) in order to get the best results from my work.

Link to social network
I dont think you would have an issue with page speed, just by adding a few links. Think about it from a consumer point of view. If your users want to see your social profiles, they will have to search for them manually, which they probably won't, or worse case scenario, they could find a competitors social profile instead. I would add the links or icons towards the bottom of the page, depending upon how your page renders. Once you have added them, minify your CSS and code to decrease page load time.

What is better in a twitter account
Hi Dario, You should prefer the account with the better reach to a responsive crowd. There are a lot of fake accounts nowadays so if you are looking for people to help you promote your brand, go with someone active and interacts, someone that can actually get you results. So yeah, Vadim said it best. Authority is superior.

Twitter account that copies all your tweets
I would suggest not worrying about them. You can block and report them, but that probably won't do much. I took a quick look at the accounts, and I didn't see them copy anything recently. I would suggest focusing on metrics that are more impactful than followers, such as relative engagement rates. You have 1 million followers, but on you're only getting a few replies and 20-40 retweets, which means for every 1,000 followers your amplification rate is only 0.04. You can read more about this here.

Yoast Wordpress SEO premium
Hey Duncan, There are few good ones. But generally when it comes to using a plugin for redirection, I go with the Redirection plugin (I know clever name ) But its the most popular plugin with 1.5 million downloads and for some good reasons its definitely a feature filled plugin, here are some neat things it does: 404 error monitoring - captures a log of 404 errors and allows you to easily map these to 301 redirects Custom 'pass-through' redirections allowing you to pass a URL through to another page, file, or website. Full logs for all redirected URLs Redirection methods - redirect based upon login status, redirect to random pages, redirect based upon the referrers Automatically add a 301 redirection when a post's URL changes Manually add 301, 302, and 307 redirections for a WordPress post, or for any other file Full regular expression support Apache .htaccess is not required - works entirely inside WordPress Redirect index.php, index.html, and index.htm access Redirection statistics telling you how many times a redirection has occurred, when it last happened, who tried to do it, and where they found your URL Those are some great features there. One thing to Note A plugin with so many features can interfere with some of your other plugins so test accordingly. Hope this helps!

Advice on related post plugin that doesn impacts on page load speed
Unfortunately I don't know enough of the specific intricacies of how each plugin performs for speed. But you pretty much named all the top plugins I can think of. What I am suggesting is, to choose your favorite plugin and then use caching and maybe even a CDN to help with pagespeed. Webpagetest shows you are using neither right now: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140108_9E_b84581251c692e8e31f098c5f3ad5917/ - and it shows that images are not compressed either. So in other words, make everything else about the site as fast as possible. If you examine the waterfall view for example, there is a file taking over 1.3 seconds to load --> http://screencast.com/t/UooUNXsuiZ Here's one of the best posts I've ever seen on speeding up wordpress - http://www.wphub.com/tutorials/speeding-up-wordpress-website/

Which wordpress pluggin would you advice for related posts and for social share
Strange, I tested on my site and the load time is 2.69 without the plugin and 2.75 with the plugin. In 2008 our "friend" Matt Cutts wrote a post where he suggested 5 plugins, I am not sure how relevant those plugins are after so many is years, but is worth a try. http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/wordpress-plugin-related-posts/

Detected a bad site linking to you? what to do?
There's no harm in disavowing the link but it's probably not necessary. The point of the disavow tool is to allow webmasters to ask Google to not count links that were made for SEO purposes. If you had placed this here so that you could increase your rankings then sure, I'd disavow it. It's unlikely that it's a negative SEO tactic...not with just one link. But, if you had a pile of these and you felt it was negative SEO then I'd disavow. Every site, even the ones with the cleanest backlink profiles have bizarre links that appear like this. I would just ignore it. If, however, you are trying to get it removed because you don't like the idea of your face residing on a page filled with porn, then if you can't contact the webmaster, you can try reporting the site to its host. Sometimes the host will remove spam pages/sites.

Schema for video object
Typically the meta tagged elements won't display...but, that line in your code is NOT the one you want to show on the page anyway. It's just for the search engines to use to display in the search results. Your embedded object should show the thumbnail and allow you to play it. Go very carefully through the <embed> code and look for every instance where a file is referred to: the swf file (there should be TWO instances of this). It's also possible that your player needs to run some javascript as well and that's either not working or not included.

Tumbnail in schema.org videoobjet
So, the thumbnail implementation seems fine, but there are errors in other parts of the schema mark-up, which may be why your video isn't getting indexed. Additionally, you may find that you can't get an embedded YouTube video indexed, since the way Google treat YouTube videos is different from other platforms and you often won't get a rich snippet for you page - additionally, the YouTube.com version of your video may end up outranking you and claiming the video snippet. So, firstly I recommend not using YouTube for this - then you need to ensure you're implementing the rest of the Schema.org markup correctly. Hope that's useful!

Robots.txt
In that case you don't need a robots.txt file at all. Your example above is actually very close to restricting access to your entire site. If you had a robots.txt that looked like this: User-agent: * Disallow: / You would stop any bot or visitor from seeing the site. Definitely not recommended! In your case, I would avoid having a robots.txt file altogether. It's not an SEO requirement until you need to restrict access for whatever reason.

Wich wordpress pinterest theme is your favourite
I've used http://themify.me/themes/pinboard before. The price is pretty reasonable and it's easy to edit and change around. I used it for a photo based candy buffet site http://nashvillecandybuffet.com/. It will definitely give you more color and flare then the one your currently on. Hope that helps!

Spam report duplicate images
If it were me, I would do a spam report and send a DMCA notice to both the host and to the contact on the site. I would press the issue as hard as I could. Basically contact anyone who will listen and can do something.

Author rank
The truth is that we're not entirely sure "AuthorRank" even exists, at least not yet, and not in the way most people mean it. Google+ certainly seems to have an impact on personalized rankings, especially time-sensitive (QDF) queries, and authorship mark-up is a nice thing to have, but whether rankings are boosted by the strength of an author's profile is an open question with circumstantial evidence at best, IMO. Right now, company profiles and author profiles have different advantages. A strong company profile might get a Google+ "brand box" in the SERPs, whereas a strong author profile (or, at least, a properly set up one) could get authorship thumbnails in individual searches. In most cases, though, that's still going to take other signals, like links, and isn't just a result of having a lot of followers. So, I think it depends on your goal. If you want your business to potentially register "brand" signals ("entity" signals may be a better way to say it), then building your G+ business profile is one piece of that puzzle. If you want to be seen as an influential individual and help your posts rank, then pushing your individual authorship signals and G+ account may be more advantageous. It really depends on what you want to accomplish long-term.
