Using AggregateReview markup to generate star sinppets for wordpress blog posts? OK or Spam?
Using it the way you proposed is encouraging engagement with your post which is a great thing. Aggregating these ratings for each blog post using proper Schema is a great use of the function. Shouldn't cause any problems. The negative problems I have seen were related to aggregating ratings and reviews from established authority sites and placing them on a page.

Ever had a case where publication of products & descriptions in ebay or amazon caused Panda penalty?
Google is pretty good at determining the original source of content. Did you publish the content on your site first? If not, you will need to rewrite the content on your site to make it unique. Also consider how often you site is spidered by google, if its every two weeks and you published the content on amazon a week after publishing on your own site google will probably view amazon as the original source of your content because it saw it there first.

What time to expect until onpage change is reflected in google ranking?
No, pinging Google will just give them an idea that your pages have changed. That is completely different to changing ranking. I would monitor for shifts over the next month

One-time press release in 28 languages. Which distribution service to use?
Gianluca, Aleyda, thanks. Just talked to PRNewswire. +8000$ for one release in 22 languages is breaking my budget. businesswire was similar. I think they are a reseller of PRNewswire. maybe I will then just distribute worldwide an English press release.

Stopped ranking. Suspect links with keyword in blog posts and blog username. What to do? Disvow?
Sorry, I wasn't too clear above. I would certainly remove those links whether or not they were the cause of the drop that you have experienced. As you quite rightly say, they may cause you more trouble later on. However, I would still be vigilante about what else may have affected the site, especially if these are (like most blog comment links) nofollow links. I hope that has cleared it up. K

How to identify 404 that get links from external sites (but not search engines)?
Hi Robert, thanks a lot. So I will not take action to get 404s out of google index. Regarding your first point, I am not sure I understand how screaming frog would help. I did not use screaming frog yet but link sleuth for status code checks. The status check of 404 in google webmaster tools will probably generally also give 404 status in screaming frog. My objective is to identify among these thousands of 404, the few which are caused by inaccurate or outdated links on external websites so that I can create a 301 for these. Best, Daniel

Schema markup in SERP in s ome languages but not in English. Any suggestions?
Having semantic markup doesn't guarantee that Google will display rich snippets in the SERPs, it's up to Google to decide whether rich snippets would be useful or not. If it is showing correctly in the testing tool, then the code is fine, it's just up to Google how to display your content. Schema.org is probably the best semantic markup to go with at this point, and it's supported by all the major search engines.

Do you know a case where product variations caused panda?
I don't think anyone really knows how much of the text needs to be unique in order to trigger Panda. I just finished an audit for a site that had pages that had content that was completely duplicated on another site, yet the information was all in a different order than the other site. The site was not affected by Panda. But does that mean that simply changing up the order of text is enough to evade Panda? One case like this is not enough to prove anything. I think you need more than just a change in the meta description though.

Spellcheck necessary for user generated content?
Very good point relating to credibility of review and great relief that I do not have to perform spellchecks of thousands of reviews. Thanks. Still may follow also Cristinas suggestions as poor spelling in user review may also reflect on visitors perception of website's credibility.

Rel=author: inactive google+ better than no authorship?
What doubts? " I have no google+ account so far and I have no intention to start activities in google+. Shall I still add rel=author and create a new empty google+ account" you're missing the bus man time to get on it Why would you not ever want to use Google+ you need it for local and it's been a stream your stuff anyway which would most likely unless you set it not to. Take away from you in what way? why would you not want more publicity? you should assign a different Google plus account to each domain. Simply by registering with Google you can do that effectively and then I would actually make a business page for your business on Google plus. I don't know why you don't care to do so it is only getting bigger and Google loves Google so I would strongly recommend you post away on Google plus under 2 different domain names.
