What is the most current advice on editing your company Wikipedia page?
I work mainly in PR and this is the advice that's been offered by the CIPR in the UK> [http://www.cipr.co.uk/sites/default/files/CIPR_Wikipedia_Best_Practice_Guidance.pdf](CIPR Guidance "http://www.cipr.co.uk/sites/default/files/CIPR_Wikipedia_Best_Practice_Guidance.pdf")

Social Media Certificate - Course
There are lots of great conferences that cover social media. I would start with SocialFresh and even mozcon of course. Kind of depends on what you're looking to get out of it though. Community Management is a subset (of sorts) of social media and there are lots of great conferences on that as well. As far as content that you can use and/or repurpose for your own use internally....so much of this type of content is custom to your own situation, niche and goals so I would take that into consideration. That being said one of the best forms of reusable IP within social comes in the form of a playbook for cross-organizational use. I would highly recommend taking a look at the Radian6 Social Media Monitoring and Engagement Playbook. Might be a good place to start. This is a loose and completely unofficial look at Pfizer's Social Media Playbook that may help give you some ideas as well. If you're into developing your own from the bottom up, I've heard (not read myself) that this is a great book from Tom Funk. Alternatively it can be incredibly helpful to have a company external to your own org come in and develop customized training based on your organizational strategies. The outputs of that training can then be built upon and repurposed over time.

Recommend a good way to audit outbound links
Xenu does work well. The option to see this, that I never had used before is "Export Page Map to Tab Seperated File". Looks exactly what I need. Thanks!

Local Business Listings
I have used both UBL (3 years) and Yext for about 7 months. In the beginning I saw nice results with UBL. After UBL makes initial insertion, it seems to be very passive. I am not seeing great results in the last 12 months with UBL. I think they may have become complacent. I too have seen the duplication issues. Yext really does a nice job with real time updates. Running a special promotion works very well with Yext. the reach does not seem to be as broad with Yext as UBL. We struggle with Google merging our moving company Admiral Movers, www.admiralmovers.com & our records management company Admiral Records Management, www.admiralrecordsmanagement.com. They occupy the same block, but we except mail at the main location for Movers, because we do not want anyone wandering around the records center. They are two separate corporations, separate ownership, website, phone number & employees. Right now neither is showing up on Google (formerly Google places) +. If anyone can offer advice here, we are beyond frustrated. We are currently investigating Ecinity for both businesses. I have heard some good things about the service. Also a little leery that it is a beta. I appreciate any input & guidance. Follow up on Ecinity, it is working nicely.

Video Distribution Services
I'm looking at this from a linkbait type strategy. We want to disable embedding from all 3rd parties, but linking these 3rd party sites back to our main site and allowing visitors to embed from there. We do have channels setup on YouTube/Vimeo but don't really have the resources to brand out/optimize individual sites past that. Our industry is heavily regulated so our CTA is incredibly subtle by design, it basically is directing the watcher to visit our site to learn more. Thanks!
