Are 17000+ Not Found (404) Pages OK?
Mohit, Tom's advice will help you determine which pages are worth redirecting and which should just go to a 404 page (which should be customized instead of the browser/host default, and should also return a 404 response code in the http header!). My guess is that pages with links only from scraper sites aren't going to pass the tests laid out by Tom and thus would just go to a 404 page. However, any that have decent external links would fit the criteria and would be candidates for a 301 redirect.

Will Moving to a Different Country Hosting Affect my SEO?
If the server performance is better and you page speed load times improve then it will help your SEO. Google no longer requires you to have your site hosted in the same country as your target region.

How do I Address Low Quality/Duplicate Content Issue for a Job portal?
Unique Listing Copy I would try to get that unique content to the top of the source order - it doesn't necessarily have to appear at the top of the page - it could be in a sidebar for instance, but it should be first in the source so that Googlebot gobbles it up before it reaches duplicate stuff or secondary nav / footer links etc. No Results pages Yes, you could certainly noindex your no-results pages with a robots meta tag - that would be a good idea. Loading duplicate content with ajax In terms of Google and ajax content, yes Googlebot can and does follow links it finds in javascript. All I can tell you here is my own experience On my product detail template, I have loaded up category descriptions with ajax that appear canonically (if that's the right way of putting it) on my listing pages. In the SERPs, the cat description content is indexed for the pages I want it to be indexed for (the listings in this case), and not for the product detail pages where I'm loading with ajax. And these product detail pages still perform well and get good organic landing traffic. On the product detail page where I'm loading with ajax, I have the copy in an accordion, and it's loaded with an ajax request on document ready. It might be considered slightly more cochre to do this in response to a user action though - such as clicking on the accordion in my case. The theory being that you're making your site responsive to a user's needs, rather than loading up half the content one way and the other half another way, if you get what I mean. Sometimes of course you just cannot avoid certain amounts of content duplication within your site.

What is a Achievable SEO Growth Rate?
It's really difficult to provide a answer here as there are just so many variables and I think it's important to be realistic when talking to the client. SEO doesn't work like a tap that you can just turn on to get more visitors. As Alice mentions, for a new site I've seen the same thing with slow initial growth until you hit a tipping point and the site achieves some rankings that have some reasonable traffic. At this point there can be a surge of traffic followed by (hopefully) steady growth at a slower rate afterwards (but you're got to keep building the content etc) to avoid hitting a plateau. It does of course depend on factors such as visitor demographics, size of the market niche you're operating in, competition etc. I've worked on one site where the entire market for the service being offered is less than 1000 people in the UK. (Assuming we're working to get qualified traffic then you can see that we're never going to get high month on month growth) Also watch out for other factors such as seasonality or weather. (I've had one site have record visits due to the wet summer in the UK. Now there's the first glimmer of sunshine I've got a traffic decline on my hands.) Are the number of people looking for jobs affected by external factors such as the economy and the time of year? When are companies likely to recruit? How do holidays, annual budget cycle etc play a part? The key to making any prediction traffic wise is to understand the target audience. Knowing when you need to broaden your appeals or come up with other services/products in order to bring in new visitor and keep the traffic (and the business growing). Taking your job portal as an example - how many people are looking for a job or looking to recruit and could use the services it provides? What competition is there? How much of the total market are you likely to appeal to? Hope this helps!

Custom Domain Vs Free Sub Domain for SEO
If they validate their subdomain in GWT then goolge will know they are a different entity, i think with blogspot they will know this anyhow. It is my belief that same ip of c-class is not a problem unless you have a huge amount of your links from the same. Sometimes whole towns share the same c-class, very large hosting companies like discountASP host all clients on the same ip. I think common sense will tell search engines not to worry unless the numbers are huge.

Which is The Best Way to Handle Query Parameters?
The new pagination advice is really tough to navigate. I have mixed feelings about rel=prev/next (hard to implement, doesn't work on Bing, etc.) but it seems generally reliable. If you have pagination AND parameters that impact pagination (like sorts), then you need to use prev/next and canonical tags. See the post Alan cited. I actually do think NOINDEX works fine in many cases, if the paginated search (pages 2+) have little or no search value. It really depends on the situation and the scope, though. This can range from no big deal at all to a huge problem, depending on the site in question, so it's tough to give general advice. I'm not having great luck with GWT parameter handling lately (as Alan said), especially on big sites. It just doesn't seem to work in certain situations, and I have no idea why Google ignores some settings and honors others. That one's driving me crazy, actually. It's easy to set up and you can try it, but I wouldn't count on it working.

Can I set Up Multiple Campaigns For Same Website?
Hey! You can set up a campaign under a domain like Example.com then you can also just track a subfolder on that specific domain in another campaign. Just select the "subfolder" option when you set up the campaign and you can track www.example.com/blog.
