Is this keyword stuffing or best practice?
Joe, Without seeing your site it would be hard to say. I do not think that would be considered keyword stuffing from what you mentioned. "Keyword stuffing" refers to the practice of loading a webpage with keywords or numbers in an attempt to manipulate a site's ranking in Google search results. Often these keywords appear in a list or group, or out of context (not as natural prose). This is Google's definition. Here is a great breakdown from MOZ https://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo/myths-and-misconceptions-about-search-engines Supporting Article from Google's Matt Cutts: https://www.mattcutts.com/blog/avoid-keyword-stuffing/ See this image, this would be keyword stuffing. http://www.mattcutts.com/images/alex-chiu-banned.png Hope this helps

I recently had someone say a resource page is a bad idea. What do you think?
Joe, As EGOL points out, you can make an argument for either side - keep or remove. It's really up to you. Things to consider: Is there a demand for this in the marketplace? Is your page currently ranking? Is the page useful to your audience? Is it visited repeatedly and for some time? Is it shared with others? Is there something better already out there? Can you beat it? You said your page is already incomplete and outdated. Are you willing to update and maintain it on an ongoing basis? Would you get more bang for your buck spending that time on something else?

Is having one blanket h1 tag across my site bad?
You Should have a self hosted website. Do not use Wix or Squarespace. SEO is terrible on these platforms.

Is my blog breaking my SEO and what should I do to fix it?
Thanks for your response Roman. I think what you're saying is what I'm thinking to do: go back and reword, update, and restructure stuff that is ranking under undesired keywords. Ugh! the last stuff youre talking about is another problem I'm having. I posted about it here: https://moz.com/community/q/does-my-website-builder-host-have-an-effect-on-my-seo My website platform/host does not have plugins like Yoast....is that enought for me to ditch it and jump to another provider?
