Currently i have a campaign running for 1 month+ now, it has 42 registered keywords and 40 of them already hit the top 50 (11 of them on top 10), but after i waited for 1 month , the on page report still 0 (yup not even 1 keyword)
whats wrong?

, actually although the topic they are talking is all about having many sites serving the same content in different languages, while for my question it is about site mirroring (where the site actually server exactly the same content in the same language)...
But I am glad that i read this, it seems that if rand was here with us, he would have no problem Geo Locating people by their IP and redirect them to another domain. Yes i know in that friday post, he mentioned that it would cause some of those foreign site un-indexable by google , because google is indexing our site from US. and that is EXACTLY what i want 
currently http://id.ikt.co.id , i have set the robots.txt to not allow any of its page indexed, and for good measure i have also added a canonical rel on every single page to the http://ikt.co.id version.
Sigh, I really would like rand to confirm my conclusion, but it seems like, it is a bit too much to ask him to come here and give me a helping hand (i believe he must be very busy right now, with all of the future conferences coming up)

you can see that both of them share the same +1 google (Thanks to the cannonical) and when you clicked the tweet button on id.ikt.co.id , it will actually tweet the ikt.co.id version... all is good... Please tell me have i missed something important that might hurt my SERP?

I will share you my situation okay. Every site hosted in Indonesia will be very slow for anyone not from indo. ANY site hosted outside indo, yes including any cloud host from any of those provider, as long as the cloud or the server is not located in Indonesia , then most indonesian will suffer for it... Yes that is how bad the situation is in indo... I will tell you what, my dedicated server is currently located in theplanet.com, and trust me, I have et to see any cloud that which node is located in Indonesia, the nearest I could find is Singapore....
But that is another matter altogether, isn't it? Do you have any information regarding my main question? Thanks a lot
They are served in both languages, visitor can switch them in real time, but that is not why I want to build an indonesia version, it is because I want the indonesia visitor to have the optimum speed loading my site. And of course I never want the link juices from any backlink to go to id.ikt.co.id, I want them all in ikt.co.id
I definitely don't want id.ikt.co.id to be indexed, but that is easy stuff. Now if I am redirecting my user based on their country won't it hurt my serp?
For instance, if not from indo open ikt.co.id/a.html, they wil open the right page, but when someone from indo loading that page, the page will contain nothing but a redirect to id.ikt.co.id/a.html .. Isn't this what they call content masking??
Target website in question is ikt.co.id,it is hosted in our server located in US, what I am going to do right now is create a new subdomain id.ikt.co.id that served EXACTLY the same content but it is hosted in our Indonesia server. Whenever people go to any page within ikt.co.id, it will detect their country, if they are from Indonesia, I will redirect them to our Indonesia server.
Okay, from SEO point of view I know there are couple problems such as Content duplication, and perhaps there are more.
I think to handle the content duplication I can cannonical all URL on id.ikt.co.id to the ikt.co.id version instead. The same thing for social sharing, all links shared will be the one from ikt.co.id, so all of those link juices go to ikt.co.id, and for good measure I can also set the robots.txt to tell them not to index id.ikt.co.id ...
All sounded good to me, until the I became paranoid and start thinking "have I missed anything that might hurt my SERP" ?
here is the question, did i miss something important, if i did could you please tell me what it is and if possible brought the solution you think might work into this discussion??

PS : Thanks for the comment on the site, that is one of the way i used to get more traffic and back link (doing competition on thefwa.com , dopeawards.com , etc ) , and if i may say so those sources are currently my only high authority backlink source... this week i am going into article mode on some high authority site, such as the seomoz.org ( i am planning to post some extremely interesting article that shares some of the top secret of my own company to the public ), and posting a tutorial to activetuts.com .... if you have any other Great back link source, i am all ear xD

oh one more thing... the SEARCH Traffic?
i think i have explanation for it... like today why with the traffic spike? because i have just implemented my new learnt technique on creating a good adwords (which keyword all range around quality 7 ~ 10) ... and it paid off (although i paid a lot of money for it ~25$ / day) ... damn it means.. the traffic that comes from search engine is almost non existance...x_x
sigh... it is because i need to wait a lil bit more for the advantages of those backlinks to be useful? or what? (how long does google usually take a backlink into account? 2 weeks?) , because its just been 10 days since i seo-ed the hell out of this site

Because i am quite new with this, i dont know if i should be happy about those diversity source... I thought if my SEO was better, i could have easily gotten a lot higher Search Traffic (but it seems that my seo is lacking enough?)
I was wondering if there is any good guide how that traffic source be like? is it like Search : referrence : direct = 2 : 1 : 1? or is it 2 : 2 : 1?

EGOL, how about if we compare with the site you ussualy have? how is your percentage traffic source look like?
again i dont know if i should be happy about anything, because i am quite new... but if my hunch was right, those 1:1:1 on traffic source shows that my SEO is lacking?
What is your thought if your site's analytic is showing you something like that graph? is it "DAMN!!! it is not supposed to be like that, the X are supposed to be greater then Y by at least two or three" And what is your next strategy? is it "okay, i need to put on backburner for my link building kungfu now immidiately...." in my opinion? definitely subdirectory. and in fact it will still be tidier on the server maintainability ..
For example please consider the following setup
you have your MYDOMAIN.com located at /var/www/html-mydomain
and by using a SUBDOMAIN.MYDOMAIN.COM, you will generally have them at /var/www/html-subdomain-mydomain
it looks tidier as you said it BUT you can achieve exactly the same thing using MOD_REWRITE
so perhaps right now your MYDOMAIN.com/SUB is located at /var/www/html-mydomain/SUB right? you can actually write a .htaccess that whenever user is going to MYDOMAIN.com/SUB it actually load the page under /var/www/html-subdomain-mydomain instead ! (so the server maintainability between using the subdirectory and subdomain will be exactly the same)
a much more technical example , put this inside your .htaccess of your root domain home directory
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^[www\.]*sub-domain-name.domain-name.com [NC]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/sub-domain-directory/.*
RewriteRule ^(.*) /sub-domain-directory/$1 [L]
This will cause the following situation
when people go to http://sub-domain-name.domain-name.com/a.html AND http://domain-name.com/sub-domain-directory/a.html
both of them will open your /sub-domain-directory/a.html instead

it begs for question... Search Engine Visibility??? Improve SERP?!?!!? is it really that good? O.o; or have i successfully been eaten my promotional messages?

sitemap.xml is a mean for you to tell google how many pages you have on your site, nothing more...
how to report (except of course post it in a forum, like what i did right now) xD
