Hello, Well, there are some strategies to avoid duplicity like adding extra text to your job profile pages (the content at your header, footer, H1, etc... everything counts!!!), that only you will have and other sites won't. So, problem solved....! In terms of Google penalizations, I won't be worried, since normally the content even if it's repeated at other sites like monster or gumtreem, the content is not spammy and Google (and Matt Cutts) know it.
