Does the time a person stays on a website affect Search Rankings? If so, could the lower time from Adwords Visitors be effecting organic rankings? And the same for bounce rate.

If

Non-Paid Search Traffic Avg. Visit Duration time is 3:55

and

Paid Search Traffic Avg. Visit Duration is 1:59

Could the low duration time be affecting our website rankings?

We are having a developer design our website with Magento. I noticed the main pages such as About Us have no file extention in the URL. But the product pages have a .html file extention. I was once told to remove the file extentions.

Are there benefits to removing the .html file extension and if so, is there a way we can do this using Magento?

Correct me if I am wrong, but for SEO purposes, it is best to host your website in the correct country? I set up hosting in Germany for our new website, but now I am concerned on how to set up our wordpress website through our german host and setting up the database.

Or would I be safe to host it in the US?

Can I set it all up in English and then translate it to German and then upload it that way?

This is what I would like to do, as we do not currently sell online. We were not getting a lot lot of traffic from them. So you think it is safe to do 1 redirect from the old domain?

Is it safe to remove old 301 Redirects from an SEO standpoint and can 301s dramatically affect seo?

Prior to switching our old domain over to our new domain, we had (and currently still do) tons of 301 redirects, because of optimizing our file names and structure.

Then our old domain was redirected to our new domain in the same redirect file.

So that being said, now that our new domain has been up and running for about 3 months, would it be safe for me to get rid of the old 301 redirects and redirect anything that was on our old domain to our new domains home page? This would clean up our redirects tremendously and I hope would help with SEO.

The only question I have then, is if I use they canonical link to our headquarters, wont the other sites not rank well in there given country?
