How to increase SERP for long tail keywords?
Everything Alex said right on the money. With southeast Asia being your main target can I ask you have a specific part of Southeast Asia? But you're targeting because I normally do a lot of things that are targeting people that use Google however if you're targeting people that use Yahoo or Bing or some other search engine you may have certain things that will not work as well http://searchenginewatch.com/article/2107128/Asia-Search-Update-Yahoo-Algo-Transition-Goes-to-India-Google-Eyes-Southeast-Asia For instance you're going to want to have a domain with whatever part of southeast Asia you're targeting as I do not believe that Baidu , Naver, Yahoo or Bing allows you to Geo target with a .com or .net or .org The same thing goes for hosting you weigh want to make sure that you have an IP address out of that country and that you are being hosted out of that country if you're not targeting people primarily using Google all this is not a big deal I Google it is a big deal with other search engines http://m.clickz.com/clickz/column/2281703/getting-into-naver-3-seo-tactics-that-can-make-a-difference If you're not already hosting in Asia I would move your server to an Asian data center As far as Asia goes I my first choice would be Verizon Terremark they recently purchased edge cast which is a super pop there as well http://www.terremark.com/data-centers/asia-pacific.aspx I know Rackspace has recently opened up a data center in Hong Kong http://www.rackspace.com.hk http://www.rackspace.com/blog/the-rackspace-cloud-has-arrived-in-hong-kong/ Same with soft layer in Singapore http://www.softlayer.com/singapore-hosting As far as hosting goes I know and NNT has a very strong network in that area of the world https://www.ntt.com/resource-center/topics-asia/data/singapore.html http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1307684 http://www.rackspace.com/information/mediacenter/announcements/akamai/ Like Alex said a lot of work and a lot of high-quality content is what's going to really make you stand out. Then you're going to have to find out what the best search engine is for your target market in Southeast Asia I hope this is of help to you Sincerely, Thomas

Switching domains, need tips and trick?
Well, losing backlinks will absolutely mess with your rankings. Those links prove that you are providing content that other webmasters deem high quality. I clicked through on your links, though, and it looks like you've already migrated everything. How did it go?

How do yo get local SEO to show up on search results
Hi Herlamba, What you are seeing in your screenshot is an iteration of Google's knowledge graph for a local business. In order to qualify for such a display, your business must meet Google's requirements. These are: You have in-person transactions with customers, either at your place of business (like a restaurant) or at their homes or businesses (like a plumber) You have a physical address that is not shared by any other business and is not a virtual location of any kind. You have a unique local phone number that is not shared by any other business. This should not be a toll free, vanity or call tracking number. If you can say yes to ALL THREE of the above requirements, then you qualify for inclusion in Google's local index. Your first step should be to acquaint yourself thoroughly with the Google Places Quality Guidelines: https://support.google.com/places/answer/107528?hl=en You will then be pursuing local visibility via a variety of methods, including: Developing a strong, crawlable, locally-optimized website Creating a Google+ Local page for your business Building citations for your local business in a variety of local business indexes like Yelp, Best of Web, HotFrog, etc. You can use a free tool like GetListed.org to make this process easiest. Earning reviews on a variety of platforms, including on your Google+ Local page Other forms of marketing including, but not limited to, linkbuilding, Social Media, video marketing, etc. If Local SEO is totally new to you, you might like to read my article on the Rudiments of Local SEO. You will want to study Local Search Ranking Factors 2013 to see a worldwide industry survey that organizes which factors have most influence on Local Rankings. http://moz.com/local-search-ranking-factors Once you have built a clear enough cluster of data about your business on the web, Google will be able to index it all and is likely to display a knowledge graph like the one in your screenshot for branded searches for your business, or within the local pack of results.

How long does it take for google to update title and metadata?
I know it's a little late, but my site has the same problem, and it's annoying to see. I know next time google crawl my site, I will have a better ranking, but its been over a month now. So if anybody has a solution to my problem I would be happy Regards Nicklas

Subdomain and root domain effects on SEO
Why not just buy a new domain if it is a totally separate product? You are correct: a sub domain is essentially (for SEO purposes anyway) treated as its own entity. As long as you build great content, find great link opportunities and treat it as you would any other domain you should have no problem getting it ranked.

Internal followed links 1
I don't think is a glitch, you just started the campaign Moz never crawled your site before so it actually doesn't have any information yet. Give it a day, I think the first crawl is run after you start the campaign. However, OSE info could take a while to update. You should check your crawl diagnostics instead if the site is too new.
