Paid search impact on Organic Search traffic - Is it in the positive side or negative side?
John is spot on. The other factor to consider is personalization. When people are in a research mode and visit your site via paid search, they are more likely to have a personalized organic result for your site since they've already visited it. On long sales cycle transactions, this can be a very significant factor!

Internal competition
Thanks for your answer. Want to further clarify that if we have cross linking between these two sub domains, will there be any change in the Google's view?

Paid CTR Vs Organic CTR for high ranked terms - say average position 2 in Adwords and average position of 4 in Google SERP
I'd agree with EGOL's suggestions for improving CTR. As far as expected CTR for position 5 in the organic results, the average is around 1-2% CTR. This is going to vary depending on the quality of the other results (your CTR will be inversely related to the quality of the other results). You will also have to consider what verticals Google is pulling into the SERP. Your CTR might be worse than average if shopping results are showing above your listing. You might also want to question the reliability of GWT impression and entrance data for the sake of testing CTR. In my experience the data they provide isn't accurate enough to come to a conclusion on the success of CTR tests.

What will be the best practices of Video Optimization?
Hi there, Tom provided a great bulleted list, however the title of your video is probably one of the most important elements - not just for indexing but to attract the right viewers. You can see a great summary of video optimization here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/video-seo-basics-whiteboard-friday-11080 Another opportunity is to use video sitemaps. Video sitemaps are similar to regular sitemaps - they provide Google with more information about your videos. It tells Google exactly where and what the video content is on your site and will help it get picked up.You can add duration, and incorporate keywords in the title and descriptions. Compatible video types include: .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .ra, .ram, .rm, .flv and need to be directly available via HTTP (which means no streaming media). Reel SEO has a great overview Google Video Sitemaps - How to Create a Google Video Site map You can also review more at Webmaster Central: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=80472 I absolutely recommend video sitemaps, especially if you have many on your site. It's really a great way to increase visibility. Good luck!
