Have you had good experiences of ranking with retweets?
Right now I'm watching Rand's webinar on the future of linkbuilding. I just got to the point where he talks about an experiment where they showed two identical pages of a website that served the purpose of fighting hunger in Sierra Leone. The way I understand it, SEOMoz asked people to link to page A and tweet about page B. The page that had tweets ended up outranking the site with links! That's pretty interesting.

Google cache my backlinks two days ago but i did not see results
You'll have to wait a LOT more. Results such as these coming from a couple backlinks might take weeks if not months to actually process into higher ranks for specific keywords. Hang in there, keep getting great links, and eventually your rank will start increasing!

Domain extension is a ranking factor? Does it change de value of my SEO
I would look for another .com.br domain, since that will give search engines a natural propensity to rank your site better in your country. You can target this in Webmaster Tools, but with Bing they don't offer that, you have to rely on them properly Geolocating your IP. I would hypothesize that .info domains are clicked through less due to spam issues, and as a side effect have lower positioning in the grand scheme of things. I say this because of the revelation that Google and Bing both utilize clickstream data to some degree. Also, .info or .biz just doesn't look good for a brand. Unless it's built around that TLD like bit.ly or delicio.us

Does Google consider just the first link?
Google will count links to different pages on your site. This post from David Naylor illustrates the definition of where the First Link counts.

PR in deeper pages
If the page you're linked from is linked directly from homepage (anywhere from it, including footer) or any other PR6 page on that site it will likely have PR5 (unless the number of outgoing links is excessive, or PR value is barely PR6 - for example PR 4.6). Worst case scenario is PR4 in the next public update (although pagerank is already received in realtime). Typically PR drops one toolbar point each link depth down.

What can i do with it? Black hat in my competitors.
Had a similar situation for a competitor site; best idea is to not get jealous over their high ranking - if they are doing something against Google rules then they will get a penalty in due time - don't resort to doing the same thing for a short term benefit, it won't work out in the long term. You can always report them if you think something is wrong. Keep at it, focus on your own work and concentrate on improving where your site where you can, but don't get distracted by any black hat tactics used by competitors or you'll just join them when the penalty hits.

How much time Google takes to see my backlinks
Can you tell when the pages you got links on were last cached? You can do this manually by searching for the url and clicking the 'cached' link beside the URL. If they've not been cached then they're unlikely to show up at all in any of those tools (and after a couple of months it would be a pretty poor page if it hadn't been). If it has been cached then it's a bit up in the air as to when it'll show up in WMT (or the other checkers) and even then if it's passing it's full value straight away. If it's not cached then I would point a link at it from somewhere (not necessarily your site) just to send the spiders along to it and get it counted again.
