My website fill of copy paste content , how can i solve this problem?

i'd like to know if i rank my keywords , how to know that i do well? every day

Good i remove www.topblogarea.com from my website, so i will be right.

i bookmark my posts everyday, and add in one forum, i build backlinks from misc webpages and other things

I use white hat only, how i will know that i in the right way

Hi everyone, I want to rank my keyword ok , then I shall track it in interval time,

what is the best interval time? maybe every 2 days or 3 or a week or every backlink update in google?

what google's updates shall i wait? i heared that google is updated every three month, is it right?

I work in my website ,and built backlinks for 3 months, i not built for spacify keywords but in general for my website, but i got little visitors from google, when i will get more visitors ? shall i wait another updates ?  is it enough of backlinks ?
