I actually have another client who's high volume keyword rankings went down around those dates as well. Now its just amazon, staples, and the other big companies in their market on the first page. But at least Google is letting me rank on the low volume keywords for that client. It's more than I can say for Pets Spark.

I would try to externalize a tremendous amount of your coding and comments within the code. If you can use internal links more effectively to direct your users to the interior pages within the site, also your content isn't organized in a themed website ( with silo structure reflective of the main topics). I would most certainly, review your on page coding for crawlibility for the spiders. Update your sitemap and organize your content into themes that are cross linking based on the main relevant topic and of course your keywords. I would also move your content up higher on the page, so it is clear that the text is answering the user query, not just retail website. Review your main competitors who have outranked you in the latest decline, my guess is that your rankings have dropped due to at least two updates from Google. Including the ever popular muffin top.

Have you tried going to Google WMT and performing a Fetch as Googlebot? Do you have the old GA tracking code from before the asynchronous code was used? If the answer to both questions is yes, try updating your GA code. http://blog.jitbit.com/2012/08/fixing-googlebot-cant-access-your-site.html

Depending on how many total backlinks you have coming to your client sites, you may not see the yellow pages one if it is marked with a nofollow showing up in GWT. You may need to dig a little deeper through MajesticSEO or AHREFs to see it. I doubt whether having a free or a paid option should matter. Isn't the link the same either way? Also, have you verified that your client's yellow pages pages with the link have been recently crawled by Google to note that the link has been captured / viewed?

Thank you Irving for your response. I actually ended up calling the company who is responsible for the bad listings. Surprisingly enough they said they would remove them! Now I just have to wait and see if they actually do.

Hey thanks for the response. I am back at #7 so I guess it was just temporary. But don't you think it makes sense that using the same keyword in the Title for the rest of the site would take away importance from the home page??

Short and sweet answer rel canonical the pages where you sort by ( siz, price , etc ) even for product you classify by color .( more reading ) If the pages are split up in to separate pages add rel=prev and rel=next to them ( more reading )

My bet is that the people who do this bookmarking don't give a hoot about your site.  They are only doing this as a task... and the only traffic that you will get from these bookmarks is the person who visits your site one time to make them. I would not call these spam links.  I would call them dangerous spam links.
