I use Raven Tools for this.  It has a link manager build in that takes a lot of the legwork out of it.  You can also have google analytics automatically populate Raven with new referring links if you choose. It is a commercial solution. However it's a pretty good value one too, especially considering the other tools that you get with an account . www.raventools.com
