Primarily the tool is intended for Brick & Mortar business types as we will distribute the full NAP to our data partners. Service area businesses are supported, however not all of our partners will hide the street address, which is required to be displayed in order to submit through Moz Local. If you are only managing service are businesses, you may want to manage them manually if you want to keep the address private.

I am not sure why our crawler did not flag those pages as they are 99% identical and are not sharing the same canonical URL. This is very strange and I'll send this up to our crawler engineer to obtain more insight.

It appears we last crawled your site on November 14th 2014. If we do not re-crawl a site, data can be stored in our index for up to 160 days. In order for us to update you information we will need to discover new links to re-crawl. There are a couple in the queue for processing from Wedding Wire so you should see those top pages update in the next 1-2 index updates.

Just want to clarify when you are providing us your URL in a Moz campaign, this is not scheduling us to crawl your site but querying an existing database (our index) to retrieve any information we may have already collected for your site.
Our Mozscape index crawls constantly for links and you don't have to have a Moz subscription to view your domain/page authority. A Moz subscription gives you more access to existing data and reporting tools and does not influence how we discover and index links.

Thanks for reaching out. To provide more clarity. Facebook and Google URLs cannot be submitted to Moz Local to verify against. Our verification is a query of the business name and zip code directly to those services and they decide which ones to return as the closest match. If you have duplicate Google and Facebook pages, it is best to make sure those are removed prior to publishing a listing through Moz to avoid being validating against the wrong page. It's much easier when there is only one of each available for Google or Facebook to return. Then you only need to update these pages for any changes or updates to the NAP.

If you need the listing to verify against a different Facebook or Google URL, please also include those links in the message as well.

Our engineers have confirmed that rogerbot will flag pages that are 100% identical but can sometimes miss pages that are 99% similar. The crawler is deliberately written to err on the side of not reporting false positives which means it sometimes can report false negatives which has occurred in your case. Using a combination of tools such as Webmaster tools can help isolate any pages we have missed.

The more sites that link to your blog posts and site, the higher chance there will be for our index to pick them up. Our index is based on freshness and importance so it's best to build your links on sites with high authority.

Campaigns take a while to fetch the information from our Index updates when they release. You can check to see if new metrics have been calculated directly in OSE until they update in campaigns.

The results won't necessarily come from Google or Facebook, they are aggregated from all the search engines we query in a report. To see which listing has the address, click on the report and go through each link to the various services (direct and indirect) to isolate the source. This could be on YP, Yelp, Superpages, etc.

Our tools are only setup to show what most users will see globally. The only way to try and target local rankings is to use geo-targeted keywords so you would use "car exhaust melbourne" which shows up as #2 in my search on google.com.au. We are researching a solution for local rankings but have no ETA on when I will have more information about that.

Mozbar is showing the # of all links to all pages on the root domain. In OSE you are only seeing the # of links to just the domain in the screenshot.
Ryan is correct about the 25 link limit per root domain. Between 22 root domains linking to you, there are 2112 links. You can see the full breakdown of Page, Sub-domain, and root-domain metrics here:

It has always taken about 24-48 hours for new index data to update Moz campaigns. It is correct in a sense it represents the last index until you can see the last update timeframe updated with the current one.
In regards to the metrics, I just confirmed with our engineers the DA/PA is from the last index. There will be a post providing more details, hopefully very soon in the Q&A.

Our Moz Local tool is largely a search tool so it will depend on Facebook and any other service to return the data we are querying for your business name.

Must be a Facebook local business page. An easy way to see if your page is a place/local business is to see if it has the following: About, Address, Hours, Contact and Reviews.
Make sure that your business’s name, address and phone number are listed exactly as you would like them to appear in your Moz Local listing
Ensure that the page is publicly accessible (Check with incognito browser to see if the page is available prior to logging into Facebook. Also, possibly give a screenshot of a functionally configured Facebook page’s privacy settings.)
Make sure to have at least 2 check-ins to verify the physical location of your business. Not sure what to do here? Head to Facebook's resources to see how to let people check in and how you can check in.
Must be a Google+ local business page. Look for the ‘Review Summary’ section on the page. Some other things to look for: Verified check mark next to the page image, Address, Hours and Reviews. Here's an example of what the page looks like.
Make sure that your business’s name, address and phone number are listed exactly as you would like them to appear in your Moz Local listing. Note that service-area businesses (SAB) without their full address listed will run into complications with Moz Local since not all of our partners support SAB's.
Must be a listed as a “verified local business". Remember that check mark we mentioned earlier? That's what you need!

Hi Mike! Our focus is primarily on non-paid search/marketing so we do not have any current plans to integrate with Adwords. Sorry to hear you aren't seeing you links yet in our Index. What you can do is search the sites you are building links on to see if we are crawling them and check the Just Discovered tab to see if any links are in queue. If you see links there for their site and including your own, then you can expect your links to appear in our index in the next 1-2 updates.

I'm afraid campaigns cannot be forced to update and the change you made will not take affect until the next weekly update.
For one-off data you can run for rankings you can use moz.com/researchtools/rank-tracker
For link metrics you can view them directly on moz.com/researchtools/ose
Link metrics only update when a new index is released.
If you have room, you can create a new campaign which will run a rush collection of initial data. You will need to make sure your information is submitted during the setup before it is completed. Any changes made after will be queued up for the next week.

It can take a few index updates to see your link update as our own site will fall under the same rules as others. We have a lot of profiles on our site so it will depend on when we crawl a page linking to your profile. The last time we crawled your profile was on Sun, 28 Dec 2014. We have always had separate API plans. One change for free access is we no longer offer a higher rate limit for Pro subscriptions. So free access will only be limited to 1 request every 10 seconds.
