Help my site it's not being indexed
If it makes you feel any better, this is the solution about once a month in Q&A. You're not the first, and you certainly won't be the last!

Two domains for different countries? or one big domain with folders?
I agree with you. I think down here in venezuela people are not as aware as maybe other countries to figure out that the domain changed. My main worry, as i told moosa is that the client does not have the resources to maintain both sites. I guess using the .com domain was the only way to combine both. The Client it's offers several consulting services, business plans, financial planning, legal consulting etc. thanks

Is there a FastTrack to re-index? a site?
It's been two hours since the tweet, and already went from 5 to 33 pages indexed on google, It's possible that only the tweet helped?, or it's just that we tweeted 2 hours before the scheduled crawl haha, it's interesting

Migrating a site
I really wouldnt take it offline - not for two months. Craziness Make it read-only if possible - or schedule some new content if you can. If you truly want minimum SEO impact, then wait until the new site is out of beta then push live and setup your 301's..
