Linkbuilding: Relevancy and Internal Linking
Hi there, If you're trying to make more relevant some page, as you do some traditional linkbuilding, internal links shuold come too. As Eric stated, dont create links just looking at the relevance of the page where the link would go, be careful about the visitors, be constructive and creative. About the content, It would be advisable to create specific content for that targeted page. Even more, some blog posts about that scholarship, with its corresponding internal links. Dont abuse from the blog posts, remember to look after the audience. Hope it helps. GR.

Case studies reflecting success with linkbuilding campaigns
Hi there! There are a ton of link building case studies around. For starters, I'd suggest scrolling through the Link Building category on the Moz Blog; I'm seeing a handful of case studies just on the first page. https://moz.com/blog/category/link-building

Tracking New Links
Just Discovered Links in Open Site Explorer could help, as well. I'm not personally aware of any tool that does all of what you're looking for, though.

Showing pre-loaded content cloaking?
We have a ton of text -- as the user scrolls down the page, we would load the text/resource they would like to see. If we use LL, we can reduce page load time by 50%-75%. I was wondering originally if we could show the entirety of the text for the crawlers to see, even though the average users would see go through the content using LL. We want to speed up the site to improve UX, but don't want to do anything that might hit us with a penalty or be seen as black hat/cloaking. Thanks Syed!

Optimizing terms with accents/tildes in Spanish
That all sounds about right. Google will try it's best to deliver to the user what Google thinks the user is searching for since that will keep them as a customer. Assuming you can do it with accuracy it is better to aim for what the user was intending rather than what their actions depict. You really should just hire a mind reader
