How can I use AMP html on a CMS
I think the community needs to look at the AMP project roadmap and recognize that AMP HTML isn't only for blogs and news sites. Google is very active in promoting AMP standards, and now it's possible to create a full e-commerce website using 100% AMP HTML. And because analytics tells us 86% of visitors find us on a mobile device, we've committed to building out a 100% AMP site. I'll post back after the launch and report on our results.

Page Speed Slowed Down After Minifying Code
In order to help you, can you give us some details : which plugin do you use ? Do you minify code at deployment, before caching ? Minifying can be an issue if the result is not cached, so each time the page is loading, the server must minify the code... And perhaps if your server is on a shared hosting, it can be time consuming !

One SSL Certificate for Hundreds of Corporate Websites
For your SSL issue, take a look at Let's Encrypt. As far as SEO and duplicate content, search engines typically can't index content behind pay walls and logins unless you're using a CMS with this feature (bots allowed access to articles). Beware of your visitor interactions, like sharing page or product URLs that are access controlled. This would have negative consequences for SEO as potential visitors would be redirected to a login page instead of the intended content, but many people would bounce away from this page. That's a signal to search engine that nobody is finding what they're looking for on you site for those related links. A 100% bounce rate would not be great.

Problems with US site being prioritized in Google UK
Hi Chris, With ccTLDs, you have your geo-targeting setup for the UK. You do need to set up the .com for the US if that is what the content is targeted to as Logan mentioned. As to why the .com is showing higher, is the content identical between the two sites? If not, how are they different? In the mean time, you can detect their location using IP and ask anyone on the wrong site using a JavaScript prompt if they would like to be on the other version. Give them the option, never redirect based on IP. You'll need a developer to do this.

SEO - Should individual doctors at facility claim a Google My Business profile?
Hey Jared, So sorry to hear about your duplicates issue. This may be one of those scenarios which would require a consultant looking directly at your dashboard. You may need to engage someone with good skills to do this ... but, before you do so, can you let me know: Are any of the practitioners sharing a phone number with one another or with the practice, itself? What exact language are you seeing in the dashboard regarding the duplicates? Thanks!

Is there value in optimizing stock images on site?
CDN isn't pure fun for SEO because you give links to other companies or domains. I can do http://cdn.example.com/ or http://examplecom.amazoncdn.com/ as closest example - then your both links to images goes away and isn't too good. Only way is if your site and images are on same domain/subdomain. But this require very good planning of deploying. And in result you will be "vendor locked" for cloud solution.

Two Similar Profile Pages: One Ranks 2 in Google - The Other 150
Thanks Russ! This reaffirms what I was thinking as well. Didn't know if someone else would find another issue.
