If you have a membership site, which requires a payment to access specific content/images/videos, do search engines still use that content as a ranking/domain authority factor? Is it worth optimizing these "private" pages for SEO?

Thanks for all the tips!I need to partner up as a reseller for hosting. I also would like to partner up as a reseller with a web design company that is flexible, sometimes I will want to create the site, other times I want them to do the legwork.

Marketing Plan for new niche website
I'm looking for any advice/suggestions of writing up a new marketing plan. I'm trying to come up with a consistent weekly or daily check list of things to do for a marketing plan that I can share with my team. My problem is it's just all in my head, I need to get it down on paper so I can be more efficient. The site will be a paid membership site with an active blog. Since a marketing budget is almost no existent right now we will be utilizing as much free advertisement as we can. Any suggestions or model examples would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!

RE: Wordpress Plugins
Do you use all in one seo plugin for the pages or for each blog post? I never really likes All in One Seo because it seemed to redundant to have to enter in additional information for each blog post. Maybe I am using it incorrectly, everyone seems to swear by it.
