Is it possible that not having cookie warning message penalizes our SEO?
I completely agree with Massimiliano. There's absolutely no reason why you should receive any kind of penalty for this.

How should we act regarding a 404 that came from a 301?
Do you have internal links that use the .net address? That would make Google try to find them...

Positioning rethinking regarding triplicate keyword "landing pages"
I think it's appropriate to have your home page target your top traffic/revenue keyword. Since it looks like the "SEO landing page" does go into more detail about the product, rather than simply 301ing or using the canonical tag to point to the homepage, why not retarget the page to focus on a lower-traffic but still important topically-related keyword? That way, you still have a page that you can send users to when they want more information than your home page offers, but you're not cannibalizing your own keyword traffic. I certainly don't see any reason to take down your entire blog, unless there is another reason for doing so besides your concerns about keyword cannibalization. Since your blog category around casas de madera has no unique content and only serves as a category page, you could tag it with if you were really concerned about it outranking your home page, but you are probably fine to leave it as-is. I always recommend noindexing SEM landing pages, so that's what I would do there.

Disavow domain ignored
Hi Don't worry. We have seen the same issue. We disavowed at the start of 2014 and the links still show in Webmaster Tools I'm sure eventually they will update the Links to show an Accurate list I would say the most important message you are looking to see , is the one from Google Acknowledging the Disavow or if you have received a penalty , the message from Google saying the Penalty has been uplifted.

Problem with meta title
This is a very normal thing for Google to display a different Page Title for the home page of a website. If you do a search for a head term like "Vitamins" you sill see the page titles for a few of the listings automatically get switched to "Company Name: Rest of Title" Simply put, you can set a Page Title but Google does not always honor it if they think they can pull in a more relevant title.

Title in serch result
As Chris said, Google has recently changed how long your titles can be, but rather than give you a definite number of words you can use, you now have a number of pixels. The general consensus here is that you have 512 pixels. Screaming Frog Spider has just updated to a newer version that now includes how long your titles are in pixels, as well as words. I don't know if there are other tools that do this yet, as I haven't searched, but they do a free version that you can download and will crawl up to 500 pages of a site. You can download it here. -Andy
