Different language with direct translation: duplicate content, meta?
Google has made it pretty clear in the past--translated content, even if it is directly translated as you suggest, is not duplicate content. So, if you have a page in English (even the meta data) and translate it into Spanish, those two pages are NOT duplicates.

What is the best day of the week for email surveys?
Hey there, We are B to C and tend to find Thursday's and Friday's are the best days to send, but there is only ever around a 1% swing between a Monday and a Thursday. Would say that the biggest factor in surveys is the relationship you have with your subscribers (double opt-in vs 3rd party) and so on. Good luck - Kian

Rank Checker Replacement Suggestions?
I prefer the Rank Tracker tool by Link-Assistant.com. You can go as deep as 1000 search results, narrow your serps by countries and search engine, and use Search Safety features that such as Human Emulation to avoid IP blocking. The standard license is $99.75, and its worth every penny!

What is the weight of .pro domains? Will they rank?
IMO these are essentially novelty domains, maybe good for billboards or traditional advertising mediums but not for SEO, .co seems to be the only one getting a little traction. I purchased Brisbane.pro (the name of my city) a few years back as an investment as I thought our company Brisbane Consulting might use it for recruitment or as a collaboration and information share tool. So far it's not been utilised.

Back Link Verification Checker
Screaming Frog will allow you to do this. The URI limit for a free user is 500, but you can sneakily get past this by opening a fresh session with your next 500 links to get through them all quick and easy. Should it all work for you, I'd definitely recommend upgrading to the full version. It's only £99 per annum and comes with a ton of other useful features.

Frequency & Percentage of Content Change to get Google to Cache Every Day?
The cache date that you see in the search results does not necessarily correspond with the last time your site was indexed. Your site may have been re-indexed with your new content today, but the cache might still show your page from a week ago. The best way to improve crawling and indexing is to improve your PageRank. The higher your PageRank, the more resources Google will be willing to spend on your site.

Where to put Schema On Page
Oliver, Thank you for pointing out this "exception" to the Schema placement rule. As is the case with any structured markup solution, there will, from time to time, be cases where certain, specific elements go in the "head" section of the code. Anything that applies to an individual page in its entirety, and does not limit itself to an element of content within the page does, in fact, belong in the "head" area of the page code.

The SH404SEF site offers a 30-day money back guarantee if that is a concern. Also they host forums and in my experience they reply quite promptly to questions. The site also offers user guides, FAQ and more: http://anything-digital.com/sh404sef/user-manual.html

Best Joomla SEO plugin?
I've used JoomSEF on most of my installs. There is also quite a bit of support for several popular components. Not as simple as some, but it gives you quite a bit of flexibility. sh404SEF is another one I've used on a few installs in the past. It looks like they have improved it quite a bit.

Disabling Wordpress Attachment Posts
have you tried to "disallow" google from crawling your images directory in your robots.txt file? If you get a lot of traffic from google image search you would probably not want to do this, but if the current problem you posted about is your #1 priority to fix, not allowing google to crawl your image directory should fix your problem.

Being Blocked by Social Bookmarking sites based on IP
Try http://proxify.com/ or www.hidemyass.com -- you should try and find out why you're blocked and resolve the overall issue, but use one of these two in the meantime.
