Hi I am looking & will give you my input
I think if you make the URL's you want people to look at full (not live) you would get more feedback.
Like this https://poweredtemplate.com/powerpoint/templates/next/25/1/index.html
you could definitely make it a lot easier for the user to find what they want by making the navigation larger the search is crucial I'm pretty sure that's how most things happen. But I didn't notice left side navigation for 30 seconds and I was looking for navigation. I would keep the navigation in the same place and not have three different types of navigation on one page.
I realize that's easier said than done but because of mobile first indexing Google will devalue URLs hidden from mobile so your navigation as I've seen it on an iPhone is what Google will index.

On the homepage I hope is only on the homepage? having that many of the same links on page after page will kill your crawl budget. I also doubt people go down there and use them very much you what might want to add HotJar in order to figure that out with data. give me a couple of days and I'll give you a pretty good assessment of what I would do in your shoes sound good?

In terms of crawling budget Crawl depth and I'm happy to see you have at least 2 million back links.
are all languages getting a good amount of traffic?
