Hey,
Did you try running a crawl report in moz? If you do that it may tell you where the duplicate page content is, then go to that page on your website and re write it. Hope this helps.

Hey,
Did you try running a crawl report in moz? If you do that it may tell you where the duplicate page content is, then go to that page on your website and re write it. Hope this helps.
Im a moz pro member and i also signed up with moz local as well, it is a separate service. Check it out here, i think it's definitely worth it. moz.com/local
I have had this happen before, i actually had the maps department of google call me and they helped me out with verification. Try going here https://support.google.com/places/answer/176504?hl=en and clicking contact us. I hope this helps. If you get them on the phone I'm sure they will be able to help you verify.
I do this on my about or contact page, i put my phone, email and even president name so when someone searches for a company it pops up in the SERPs
I agree, i would definitely fetch in WMT or you can maybe update your content or post a blog to get them to recrawl.
Hey,
Im not sure if all links to your site show up in site explorer, check wmt but in some of my sites i don't see some social media links as well. Are you sure you have the link in the right place? That might be it as well.
I think seo and marketing a business online is ever changing so that being said i think moz tools and moz local is great. Even just to read about different topics & Q and A within the industry is a great tool in itself.
I think it is better for uniformity and branding of a person or business to have everything together under one google acct? In my opinion i don't think it will effect anything either way but it's probably easier ya know?
I have noticed some major changes today too, i hope it stays lol.
Ive done this before too, i know this is answered but as a logo designer i want to just add and maybe this can help, why not put somewhere in your logo:
CABINETS BAY AREA
A HEMA DESIGN CENTER Company
maybe almost like a slogan ya know?
Are you using an seo plugin? If so it may be filling in the page name by default. Do you know how to rename the page titles in a blog? It's really easy just sign in, go to that page, edit page then usually at the bottom the will be a section for title and description. After that hit publish. Hope that helps.
No i am having trouble with this too, did your information change as well, such as your url name or any information you provided?
Both of those ideas sound exactly what i would do, if they have credible posts that are valuable to their users then keep them and add to them, maybe share them on social media once you add more relevant content. Or if they really are not anything useful i would delete and 301 to something similar.
Branding a business name with the domain is is always key but if you like that domain name that go with it, i would buy sunnyassociates.com if its available and point it to your other domain name so you have both in case one day you decide to use it.
How many blog pages are there? You may need to go through page by page and make the edits, this can benefit you as well by cleaning up the blog. Make sure each title and description is original.
I bought these layouts before, its html 5 not wordpress i believe, your just buying the psd and you have to cut it up and lay it out. It comes with everything you need like CSS and fonts im pretty sure but i dont think this one is wordpress.
I would try to use both, maybe use one in the title then the other or both in the blogs posts so that you can try to rank for both, I've done that a few times.
Did you set up a canonical redirect? or did you prefer a www or non www version of your website. If you redirected to a www or non www then definitely use the one you picked with everything.
I would just do your best to describe each page, it may take a while but you will benefit from new content, the dupe content issues will go away and you can engage your customers or visitors. If your in fear of duplicate content and want to take down your pages you can put them in draft mode in wordpress until your satisfied with the new content.
First off awesome site, can you add more content to your homepage, although it is awesome it doesn't have a lot of text where you can sprinkle in trigger niche key phrases and locations. I agree text messes up a design sometimes but maybe adding an intro paragraph somewhere on the homepage might help.
