Hi Brian! Thanks for the question and sorry you're running into this issue.  There unfortunately isn't a way to manually push a full crawl, but you can (as donford mentioned) do a crawl test.  The only limitations here are that you're only allowed to run 2 crawl tests a day and it only covers up to 3k links.  It looks like you already reached out to support though and Abe's helping you out there.  Have a great day Sam Moz Helpster
