Opinions on offering an incentive/discount for Facebook sharing
I can't answer all of your questions, but I do have some thoughts. I ran a test campaign like this a while back with a good bit of success. Couple of suggestions: I didn't ask for positive reviews, just honest ones. I made it clear that the discount was for the short amount of time it takes to post, like or review not for the actual post, like or review itself (minor difference, but anyway). Also, keep track of those who complete your requests! I was very careful with this as these people would likely be the same ones to respond to other campaigns, but only if they knew I'd follow through with my end of the "bargain."

Your opinion on "Keyword | Keyword 2 | Keyword 3 - Sitename" Meta Title
If Keyword 1 | Keyword 2, etc. are relevant to the page, then it makes sense to have it. But often, that comes across as spammy (Stuff | Stuff Online | Buy Stuff Online | My Domain). And those keywords that you pick are likely to super high volume, obvious keywords that you will have a hard time ranking for. I think the new rule is to make this "natural" as you say, but also beneficial. Maybe you come at it like this: Stuff, Information About Stuff, and All the New Stuff at MyDomain.com. Make it helpful, give your page some context. Spam is only good with eggs, and then only in moderation.

Aiming for long tails on a long piece of content, without over-optimisation and attracting Panda...
Definitely don't cut yourself short. If it takes 15k words to properly describe something then that is what it takes. It sounds to me that you have a good handle on what you are doing. Keep it natural and all will be well. Good luck!

Could product sample giveaways be seen as 'paying for links'?
Hi Marie, Can you please elaborate on what you think is a completely earned link as well as giving us some example? I am in the same boat as azu25 - it is hard to earn links when you are starting off because no one knows you, so how do you go viral while avoiding link scheme penalties? Other ideas I had: 1. Offering bloggers coupons that they can blog about. Their audience would be able to use the couple to buy form your store. 2. Offering free giveaways from your store. The blogger could blog about this. Could this be seeing as a "free" product form search engines?? What is your opinion on the two ideas above? Like azu25 has stated, it seems that many domains with high authority do give away products to their bloggers, but are still ranking....it's hard to compete with 1000 monthly links. Also, what is your opinion on building blogger relationship and asking for that blogger to blog about you once a month (recurrent blogs)? Regards, Carlos

Add content as blog post or to product pages?
Thanks for the response Frank - It's good to know you were in the same situation and what you decided on is working for you. Good point about ranking multiple pages too, that would make us seem more authoritative if that happened. Leaning a little more towards the blog posts
