You Should Delete all of these bad/low Quality backlinks. It will not effect your website but will help in Long term.

Also, did your Website Rankings Dropped ? If so then You have to delete all bad backlinks and Change Anchor text of the Good backlinks to something more Generic.

If your Website is Ranking well then how Can anyone tell that it has been hit by penguin ? Penguin effected website have lost their Rankings.

I will Recommend you to have a Proper URL structure like you have mentioned above : www.example.com/clothing/dresses/kelly-maxi-dresses/

Just Add Color at the end of the url for any filter things.

This will tell your customer Clearly where He is Going to Land by just looking at the URL.

If I understand it, you are pointing to http://www.kids-academy.co.uk and trying to compare it with http://www.kids-academy.ae/.

l have reviewed both. It's not about keyword rather general or country one, rankings depend upon many factors (On Page, Link Building, Social Quotient etc)

Let's try to compare both websites

• 202 Pages (Content Seems to be unique, so no real worries here)
• Meta Tags Seems to be fine

• It's clear victim of Penguin 2/2.1. No sure around Penguin 1. You need to check Webmaster Tools
• More Than 50% Money Anchors, No Local Links and others are clear signs
• Plz remove money anchors either manually or use disavow link tool
• Focus on Social Sharing (Google PLus, Facebook, Twitter)
• Build UK Links
• Add a blog and keep on adding new content consistently
• This will take time to recover

• It seems to be tanked as well. It must be ranking page 1 but now mostly ranking Page 2, 3 or more
• Ranking page 1 as Google Place for some keywords
• Above Practices should be done here as well
• And its ranking Page 2 not 1 for Nursery franchise UAE on both google.com & google.ae

I will also back up the above guys. You should only be looking at relevant blogs Even If there are less blogs in your Field.

Its not about Quantity but its all about Quality of backlinks you have. As I found many websites Rankings for just a handful of links Plus Social likes.

Like Kyle said above, There can be alot of different footprints you can follow to find Related blogs. Also checkout : http://myblogguest.com/ for guest blogging.

I would say that You should keep this Page as it is and Enjoy all the Traffic. But If you really Want to create a New Page with 2014 then Just Create a New Page and 301 this old version to the New One!!
