Page title in Google search is defferent
This has to do with Click Thru Rates (as well as visitor performance metrics once a user lands on the page) and what Google thinks serves as a better Title. In a nutshell, Google is providing a better page title for you. For you, this means create a better page title. Look at your search queries in Google Webmaster Tools. Look at your particular landing page and notice the differences the main search impression keyword phrases and the Page Titles that Google ends up delivering in search results. Use this to your advantage to optimize click thru rates. It's likely that they think your brand name so much coincides w/ your product, that you may be better off using it in the front of the Title, instead of at the end. Hard to say w/out knowing more specifics, but we're about to publish a piece on this topic regarding leveraging Page Titles for increases in click through rates -- one of the main problems is the fact that Google keeps modifying them. Turns out, that's a good thing though!

Linkbuild on 'new' or 'old' url?
Hi Anubis, I'd first compare the two URLs, and question why search engines are favouring the second URL over the first. Is it because the page has more text, better optimised titles, more links, better internal linking? Is it because the page is more user friendly and what search engines are looking to provide as the answer to the visitor's question? I'd aim to get the most relevant result to the user ranking well, regardless of what's ranking well now, because ultimately that's what search engines are trying to do. Is it a very competitive niche? I'd also check your on-page optimisation, and the user experience of the page, and ensure there's enough text for search engines to understand the content of the page, and enough information for users. I'll let someone else come back on the tools, as I always use Open Site Explorer. Hope this helps! Zoe

Blog commenting counter exact match do-follow backlinks?
Hi there, To add to what others have said, I don't think this is a good idea. If you have lots of low quality backlinks already, then you need to clean these up by removing as many as possible and adding the rest to a disavow file in Google Webmaster Tools. Building more blog comment links is very, very unlikely to help with anything and may actually hurt you more. Once you've removed or disavowed the low quality links, you should then concentrate on building good quality links instead. Here are a few links that may be helpful: https://moz.com/blog/link-audit-guide-for-effective-link-removals-risk-mitigation https://moz.com/blog/category/link-building I hope that helps! Paddy
