Hi, this is a simple question, many ccTLD look like this:
.com.es
.es
.org.es
1.What is the difference from one another regarding SEO?
2.Does the .com.es has any advantage? Like targeting the "world" and "Spain"
3.Is there one better than other?
4.Will a .com.es or any other domain like that be able to rank globally? or just in Spain?

Mmm... yeah hard to guess without looking at the site then, on my own experience / research, these are some of the issues I found in many of the sites affected by Panda:
•Intrusive advertising, excessive use of Adsense, sites created only for Adsense or to solely promote a product•High amounts of duplicate content / scraped content•Bad user interface / “ugly” design•Usage data - low click-through-rate, low time-on-site, 100% bounce rate•Content analysis - not usable/readable/easily-consumable content•Excessive internal linking to one or two pages only
And I don't mean your site to be spammy, but some cases, like news sites with advertising, sometimes they get articles out with just a couple paragraphs of content, so that single page becomes more advertising than content.
Consider posting your site, it would be nice to take a look 
and there is also the last reason: your site is innocent and just got hit by mistake, it happens.
Hi Lisa, besides what was already mentioned, one of the reasons many sites were affected is related to ads, if you have Adsense or any other kind of ads in an excessive way, where in some pages you have more ads than content, then that could be a signal of low quality.
Hi Joe, this is for sure an awesome question, so many different point of views, the problem I see with .co is this one:
"Sites with country-coded top-level domains (such as .ie) are already associated with a geographic region, in this case Ireland. In this case, you won't be able to specify a geographic location."

So if I understand this correctly, and you want to target real estate clients in the Chicago area (which I love and will be there for the U2 concert on July 4th) and over US/worldwide, a .co domain is probably not the way to go here.
There has been a lot of talk about .co (TLD for Colombia), same as .ws, supposedly "WebSite", actually West Samoa, so I would advice to make the obvious, look at your competitors, does anyone has a .co domain and are ranking in Chicago? are any of the top 100 results anything but .com? try different keywords just to check if there are any .co sites ranking in the real estate market.

I don't think there is, the closest I can come up with would be the BBB or the VeriSign, but again these are more for users than for SE.
No problem at all, just make sure your domain is registered for a few years, not just one, so its taken as a serious long term business.
I think Alan has a point there based on adding the URL to advertising, I think is more of a branding issue, in my case I like the www., it won´t really affect your SEO, but whatever you choose, that 301 is very very very important, also make sure the canonical tag is set to the version you choose.

Hi, totally agree with 128K, great resource there, but here is also something interesting to add in the mix: Bing gets data from the results that people click on the Google SERPs when using Internet Explorer... in other words: Bing copies Google http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2011/02/microsofts-bing-uses-google-search.html
In the long run they both be looking at the same signals, so the times of optimizing differently for both are pretty much over.
Hi Sebastian, I sometimes like to use " Company Name Editor" and talk a bit about how our content will be helpful for their site, which is not really a lie, I am the SEO but also do content Editing .
Sometimes I don't even include a title, just me from Company name, and on some markets like sports, believe it or not, when I get some help from a friend who is a woman, we get a better response rate from the blog owners. Interesting ah?

Hi, if I have a website in Google Webmaster Tools > Geographic Target set to United States, but I want to promote it in other specific countries,
1. Do I have to change the geo-targeting in GWT so it does not target a specific country? (discarding the option of adding sub-domain to GWT)
2. If I remove the GWT geo-targeting would it affect my rankings in the US?

Hi Christine, I am not 100% familiarized with this tool, but to measure "sentiment" Raven gives you a Social monitor that shows what is being said about your brand in different channels, so you can review it and mark it as bad, regular, good at your own criteria, check the image below.

I Agree with Aaron, these links are nofollow, just the regular follow site-to-site redirect maintain most of the link value.
But within a social media environment, these are some signals that carry value for SEO:

Hi, as far as I know wildcard characters (like "*") are not allowed there, the line must be an allow, disallow, comment or a blank line statement, so before you get angry at Roger for not listening to you, go to Google Webmaster Tools > Crawler Access and test the robots.txt file. Hope it works.
