Unnatural links in webmaster tools
Hi Bilal, There is no 'one solution fits all' solution for getting rid of these links, it's simply a case of visiting each site and seeing if they have a process to remove your entry, and if not contacting the Webmaster to politely request they do so. Here is a great guide to clearing up your link profile: http://www.seomoz.org/ugc/how-to-create-an-excel-spreadsheet-to-remove-link-spam-post-penguin I would suggest following this process to get rid of the worst offenders. Personally, I'm a big believer in balancing out your link profile by acquiring new, authoratitive links rather than chasing to get rid of old ones. It seems a much more positive tactic to me, although it's not right in every scenario. With Google specifically highlighting you have got damaging links, it might be worth highlighting the most toxic ones and looking to have them removed, whilst at the same time looking to acquire new healthy links. Good luck David

Google caffeine
Caffeine was a back-end improvement that Google implemented in 2010. The idea was to provide more up to date results for topical and fast moving stories. From a user perspective there is nothing to worry about. You search - stuff happens. Whether caffeine impacts on that stuff isn't important. There is a user level explanation of Caffeine here From and SEO perspective then if you have been doing stuff that works for the last couple of years then don't worry explicitly about caffeine - you've been dealing with it's impact anyway. If you are struggling to rank for breaking stories or those that are updated quickly then it is more of a consideration.

Google local places
Hi Bilal, Just to clarify, Google Places has been rolled into the new Google+ Local pages, and while there are some changes in statistics, they still exist. See: http://support.google.com/plus/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2611197&topic=2566084&ctx=topic I would wait 2 more weeks (6 weeks total) to see if the data begins showing up, and if you haven't seen it by then, I would alert Google to this via their Google And Your Business Help Forum, here: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/business You will need to provide your complete business details when you do so, and hopefully, one of the Google Top Contributors or employees will be able to help you, if the stats haven't appeared by then. Optimize short tail keyword by optimizing long tail keyword
Yes - I can say from experience that this is true. You'll also feel much more inspired to keep working towards 'coat stand', after you've achieved the mini-success of already ranking for 'cheap coat stand'!

Wanted to buy Blog
I didn't say Flippa was good for buying, just the best known I'd definitely be more inclined to use it to offload an unwanted site than the acquire one.

Two websites with similar products
The 301 redirect helps Google remove duplicate content, so it is highly unlikely that it will be considered spam. If the two sites are similar but target different geo-locations, you might want to look up the rel="alternate" hreflang="" method... http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=189077

Google local listing
Hi Bilal, As Alan has said 2-3 weeks is typical. Are you positive the information you provided (street address) is correct? And does your address comply with the guidelines? Is the address you provided a real, physical street address (not a P.O. Box or virtual office)? Just double-checking on this.

How to improve google shopping ranking of any products?
Hi Bilal A good thing is to add Google seller ratings as this will help improve click thru rates Google has an article on this http://support.google.com/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=190657 Basically, unless your sites/products are getting reviews on sites such as price grabber, realtime etc the only easy way to achieve this is google checkout. There is a good blog on Moz, its a couple of years old but still relevant and well worth a read http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-to-rank-well-in-google-products-search-a-big-list-of-places-to-get-reviews Hope this helps and good luck

New EU cookie law ?
I have done quite a bit of work on this recently, although most of the advice has been not to react and don't do anything. At the very least you need to know what cookies are being used on your site and inform users of their purpose. I would start by reading. http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_organisations/privacy_and_electronic_communications/the_guide/cookies.aspx
