As of this writing it looks like the page is indexed. By searching site:ukjuicers.com it comes up in the search results with about 861 other results. Not sure if there is anything you changed to get things working again but it seems to be in their index now.
Thanks for the response. I assumed it was ghost spam but figured I would check with the masses to see if anyone had any experience with these leaving bad links in Webmaster tools. Also I was wondering how these were fixed, either with a disavow file or something else?
I see in webmaster tools that I have a bad URL linking from the mydomain.domproof.com. What is this??
Is your traffic lower than expected?
I was having an issue like this where moz was showing a lot more duplicate content than webmaster tools was, actually webmaster tools showed none, but I was being penalized. I realized this when I added an exclusion to robots.txt to exclude any query strings on my site. After I did this I saw my rankings shoot through the roof.
Not saying that this is happening to you but I just like to err on the side of caution.
Building on Patrick's answer using Robots.txt was the fastest way for things to take effect, but if implemented wrong can impact you pretty bad.
In addition to adding the exclusions in the Robots.txt, I also put in a removal request to remove the pages with parameters from googles index using the Google Url Removal tool, this combined with the other options helped clean up my results in the google index.

From my experience and reading from others both on Moz and in general they typically say to make sure your H1 matches closely to your url path so, if I am on the contacts page my H1 should be contacts. As far as if it ranks you better I believe it will come down to your content on your page and how well it represents the key word you are trying to optimize for.
Google Analytics calculates bounce rates as a percentage of people who enter on a page and fire the sendPageView event but never A) send a second event by going to a second page within the same domain or B) Interact with the page to either provide another page view or conversion.
I am not familiar with Clicky and how it tracks its page views so I can't really help on that front.
