Hi eXia,
I used to sell a lot of Fb adverts in the Uk and I can definitely give a thumbs up for brighter option SAM ad manager.
Its only useful if your setting up several accounts as otherwise it wont really make the task any easier than the Fb platform. They take a revenue of whatever you pay something like 2% (don't quote me on that ).
What sort of companies are you advertising?
In my experience it seems better as an brand exercise rather than a sales tool.
For brand awareness use the CPM (cost per impressions) model and for selling products or when you want someone to click use the CPC (cost per click) model.
The good thing about SAM is you can set up a serious amount of adverts per campaign very quickly and measure the success from the Analytics incredibly accurately.
Say for instance you have 2 images, 2 titles targeted at females and males aged 20-30 and 31-40.
This alone would create 32 adverts, as they all go out separately to measure the analytics correctly.
You can kind of white label the reports to send out.
PM me if you need any help as I still have a contact at the company on skype
