Why competitor links not showing in my campaign?

I have created my campaign before 2 weeks ago but my competitor details are not showing..Why?

That means you have created a campaign for your competitor's site ? Have you analyzed their backlinks with other tools like ahrefs and majestic as well ? If your competitor site is not very new then you should be able to see their backlinks upto some ratio with any of these tools until and less they have blocked the crawlers for these tools.

I hope this message finds you well and you are all enjoying a spectacular day! This is a tricky issue, but the first thing to note is that our crawler is sadly fairly literal. In keyword rankings for example if you have the competitor google.com listed under the root domain and they are currently ranking for the sub domain www.google.com, then our crawler will have some trouble finding the pages.

Due to the volume of requests we make we need to make sure that the sub domains match up before we can report the information properly for competitors.
