Moz reporting
-
Hey Mozers,
I have a question about reporting. It looks like I cant pull data from a specific week. My boss is asking me to pull data from December 7th till the 14th so we can re-evaluate our SEO efforts. They had mentioned that if Moz cant provide this type of data we would have to go to another tool. Please help me stay on Moz!
They are looking for any SEO based data before and after launch. Would I have to go in every day and pull data for every day and save it to create my own type of status update?

Hey,
I think the fastest way to get a response for your question, is to directly mail Moz Help team: help@moz.com
If they can help, they will.

depending what Data you are after SEO doesn't happen instantly and what you change in a week can actually take a while to affect SERPs rankings.
Even data about technical fixes you have will only be updated once Moz has done another crawl of your site.
But I have to agree emailing them is the quickest way. but getting rid of Moz because you can't get historical data seems like a bad idea to me, I use Moz for numerous functions, but I also do pay for multiple pieces of software as I don't believe one software offers everything you need.

Hello!
The only way to obtain historical data is to setup custom reports for weekly and/or monthly reports which will automatically store a PDF copy within the custom reports section with the exception of crawl diagnostics and links data as you would need to manually download a CSV copy after each update to store.
Hope this helps
