Problem creating campaign

Hello everyone! I am a newbie here.

I am trying to create a campaign, however I got stuck at the first step!

It says 'We have already started building this campaign. If you entered the wrong URL and would like to track a different site, please create a new campaign." please see attached image.

I thought it would be very straight forward... I have tried to create another campaign with a different website and it worked, so I don't understand what has gone wrong with this campaign. It will be much appreciated if anyone can help with this... thank you very much !!

Hey There,

Sorry that you are running into this issue with your campaign! Unfortunately, we can't track a site at specific path such as .html, so that may be why you are running into this issue. You should be receiving an error when you try to input that URL, and I am having my engineers look into why the error isn't showing correctly.

In order to track www.sweetlimeuk.com/index.html, you will actually need to create the campaign using the URL sweetlimeuk.com. You will receive a notice that this page redirects to the index.html page, but you can just select "No, track the redirect" to move past that.
