Why we had lost the keyword ranking after Google updates?

The most recent Google Penguin update was another edition in a series of algorithm updates to fight spam in Google search results. Google recognizes spam as sites that paid for links, or achieved inbound links in unnatural ways.
Take a look at your backlink profile: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links?site=www.performanceinsiders.com. There are a lot of inbound links for the keyword "male enhancement" and it looks extremely unnatural. There is virtually no anchor text variation, which is a signal to Google that the inbound link profile is unnatural.
Log into your Google Webmaster Tools account and see if you have any notifications. You may have been assessed with a manual penalty. If not, this is most likely a Penguin hit.

If you're aggressively building links, one of the first things to be wary (other than quality of site housing your link), is the anchor text. It looks like you're actual brand-related anchor text variations are very far down on the list. That's the first problem I see. The second, lack of editorial links. Many are blog comments with exact keyword as anchor text. It's too aggressive of a strategy after Q4 2012 rolled through. If the last update hit you, you may want to stay away from TextLinkAds as well

In addition to the anchor text problem stated already, you have clearly been building links in a black-hat manner. Basically, a back link profile like yours is exactly what the Google Web Spam Team is going after. Need an example? Okay.

This webpage houses a review of the hit movie District 9 by Neil Blomkamp. The director is irrelevant except for the fact that I enjoyed his work and am looking forward to his next movie. That previous sentence would have been relevant to the review and worth posting in the comments section. Your site, however, has posted a link about genitalia. This is black hat SEO at it's finest and what you will need to do is track down each and every one of these links and attempt to get them removed.
It will be no easy feat. There are tons of articles on this community documenting other folks' efforts to rid themselves of such penalties. Here's the basics:
1.) Identify poison links and organize all domains via spreadsheets
2.) Contact Webmasters and attempt to remove. BE POLITE and make it seem like you are helping them out as well.
3.) Document Step 2 - Take Screenshots and Notes.
4.) Consider using Disavow ONLY AFTER you've tried multiple times to remove certain links.
5.) Submit a reconsideration request ONLY IF you've received a manual penalty. Otherwise just wait.Good luck!
