If you're talking about buying a list, http://lists.nextmark.com/ is one site I've used. They have a collection of e-mail lists in different markets, and you can pay per mailing to have them send out your promotions.

If you want to build out your own list, offer some kind of bonus for joining your list or a promise of exclusive content, and then deliver on that promise. Aweber is one of the best e-mail list tools out there, and I've used them for years and have had a great experience with them.

In case you are talking about buying a list then I would prefer to buy smartly keeping your targeted audience, age and other things in mind so that you can get the best out of money you spend on buying mailing list.

As far as you are talking about building a list then I would highly prefer to use mail chimp as it’s a free tool till 2000 and then there are some affordable packages that allow you to add more addresses to the list.

if you are building your own list use MailChimp it's free for first 2000 subscribers... if you are buying a list (be careful, be careful, be careful) and use something like what Takeshi suggests.

Guys I want to use prepared list as I want to get in some quick sales.Anything else you marketing gurus can add in my small budget what can I do for direct marketing or anything effective in indirect marketing.
