Search Google Plus Profiles

I need a (or several ways) to search Google Plus Profiles.

It would be great to:

• Identify people by the area in which they live
• Identify keywords in the profile

Any ideas anyone?

But general advice on scraping would also be apreciated...

Are there any decent tools you would recomend?

Would you just fall back on hiring someone (I'm no coder)?
