SEO Web Crawler Duplicate Page Content Question...

http://www.URL.com/Work-Accident-Lawyers and http://www.URL.com/work/accident-lawyers are duplicates: same page content but two different URLs (even if the only different is caps) - that's all it takes for Google.

Andrea, I have a similar problem in www.site.com and www.site.com/ (duplicate content).
I'll apply a 301 redirect but can expect any significant changes or is this just following SEO best practice? Thanks

You will need to work on your Canonicalization http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/canonicalization
You will need to add the correct rewrites for all your issues.
If you are on an Apache Server, you will need to modify your .htaccess file.
or if you are on a Windows Server, you can use IIS.
You should also use rel=canonical tag so that if you do have duplicate content, you can tell Google which one is the correct one.

It's SEO best practice; doesn't mean that it won't effect something, but it's in your best interest.
I think this Moz blog can say it waaaay better than I: http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/duplicate-content
