About Bot's IP

one of my customers had probably block the IP of SEOMOZ's bot.

Could you give me :

• IP
• User-agent's name

The SEOmoz bot is  rogerbot

Check out  http://www.seomoz.org/dp/rogerbot

As for an IP Address, rogerbot is crawling from 'the cloud', so doesn't have a static IP address, it's constantly changing.  This is confirmed by Aaron Wheeler (SEOmoz Staff) as the last reply on this answer to a previous question.

I'd suggest checking to see if rogerbot is Disallowed in the robots.txt file

If not, chances are the website is simply not on rogerbot's radar yet.

I have to fing an issue to identify robot il our log because the crawl doesn't word anymore

The best thing to do now is contact help@seomoz.org and let them know your account username and the campaign that is having problems, and they can look into it for you.
