Real Estate and Duplicate Content

Currently we use an MLS which is an iFrame of property listings. We plan to pay an extra fee and have the crawlable version. But one problem is that many real estate firms have access to the same data, which makes our content duplicate of theirs.

Is there any way around this ?

Add unique content of your own Extract the data via XML or whatever and add your own unique content. That's the only way around.

Thanks, is there a way to automate this since we have more than 100k listings !! and then how would we post it back, is there a script ?

You need a bit of technical know-how to do this. You could post a question like this on freelance.com or something similar. Fetching data and making a site around that data isn't hard. But adding 100k unique content items is hard, manual labor.

Best thing you can probably do is make pages around neighbourhoods or cities. The listings constantly change, but the cities and towns will always stay there.

So tell something about that and link to the listings from those pages.
