Other Visit in the Dashboard
Other traffic usually includes traffic that Google can't pinpoint, like referral clicks from no follow links, some clicks from Bing PPC, things of that sort. It is not usual for it to include traffic from AdWords. Google wants you to be able to analyze that data because they don't want to discourage you from spending. If you want to be sure, make sure that your analytics code is correct, and maybe implement some of the conversion tracking tools in AdWords. Here is some detail on that.

DNS vs IIS redirection
If you are not changing the IP address you don't need to change the DNS, if you change the IP address, in addition to updating the DNS records you also need to properly redirect traffic from old urls to new urls. With IIS the best option is using url rewrite, which is very flexible but a little tricky to set up if it's the first time you do so: http://www.iis.net/learn/extensions/url-rewrite-module/creating-rewrite-rules-for-the-url-rewrite-module Url rewrite does operate at web server level, its powerful and does the job, but you may consider doing redirects at application level, depending on the technology you use, php/dotnet/aspx/mvc you have different tools. The advantage of doing it at application level is you can redirect dynamically, in other words use an algo to translate the old urls to the new ones using whatever information is stored in the application cache, database, and so on. While using IIS url rewrite you either statically redirect each old url to a the new url or you use regular expressions or wildcards to dynamically do so. In other words using url rewrite you have a little less flexibility.

To include in Sitemap or not to include?
Thank you for your suggestions! Essentially, yes we want to tell Google this page is there, but to not 'trick it' and then that page disappears just as Google finds it resulting in a 404. We're going to get a sitemap generated each day as so much content changes on the site anyway, but No Indexing and 301'ing is something we'll then give a go. I'll keep you posted on progress! Thanks!

301 redirect question
I'm with keszi on this, redirect all pages anyway as they still had some value. Think of Google as a user for a second, it was aware of all these pages and suddenly they are gone. Those pages were valuable to Google, and if not redirected that value disappears.

Affiliate Tool For Competitors Analysis
I want to be sure I understand your question correctly. Are you saying you want a tool that will tell you who your competitors' affiliates are so you can poach the best ones? I don't know of a tool that does that, sorry.

Site Migration Impressions Disaster - What would you do?
No, once you 301 redirect the URLS, Google starts to remove them from their index. So, if you have URLs that are from years and years ago that have been 301 redirected they should no longer be in the Google index. If you don't have a lot of 404 errors then I would make the assumption that the older URLs haven't been crawled or cached or indexed and that the 301 redirects worked properly. I would just add that removing the 301s also removes whatever page value had been "transferred" to your new pages. The link juice especially.

SEO Friendly Review websites?
We really like YotPo - for a few reasons. As an e-commerce site, submitting reviews by customers can be a hassle - as most "native" review systems require the customer to come to your site, login, and then write the review. YotPo has a a really cool system where they send the emails and those emails are so special, the customer need only write the review IN THE EMAIL they are looking at - not sure how this works technically - but YotPo will get you a lot more reviews than any native ecommerce system. In our experience, YotPo does require tech-saavy integration to get the full features. One of these is to allow for crawl-able reviews. IT IS DO-ABLE, but you need to look for their advanced integration instructions. This has something to do with the review content being seen by google as being on 3rd party site, and thus not part of your site. Trust me, you CAN fix this with Yotpo. I do hope this is helpful.

Does Google Penalize for Hiding Address?
Hi Miriam. Thanks! Honestly, the mailbox advice was a consideration purely from a privacy stand point as I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their home address for any business based activity regardless of what Google recommends. But you're absolutely correct that Local is designed for physical addresses of public locations open for designated hours. If that's the setup that someone is pursuing than they should definitely make it as straightforward as possible. Thanks for emphasizing that point here and your superb answer below!
