Multiple menu items pointing to same page
Definitely true - was just wondering your stance on that "general belief". I go back and forth in what I believe on that. I can see it going either way, especially from the idea of spamming, but my guess would be that somehow it depends on the site's history or layout. But, again, who knows!

Does anybody know of a reliable website phone call lead tracking service that integrates with Google Analytics?
I would recommend checking out Callrail, but also the list Patrick provided will have good alternatives. Just find the one that meets your needs.

SEO geolocation vs subdirectories vs local search vs traffic
Hi. Normally changing the content but not the URL via scripts is not a good idea in International SEO. A good example of this use is Dropbox, which geolocalize different languages but does not change the URL of its homepage, which remains always dropbox.com. Regarding Sensacine.com (a site I know well, because I live in Spain), the success it has also in Spanish Latin America is quite surely due to its very good link profile, and surely not to meta tags like: because these kind of geotargeting metas are not taken into consideration by Google, but only by Yahoo! and Bing (and also for them they are not the most relevant geotargeting signals).

Best way to get the fastest WordPress site with existing template
This is a hard question to answer without knowing the reasons why your site is possibly under performing on page speed tests. There could be a variety of reasons. I'd recommend a caching plugin, and that your images are all appropriately sized and then, as Stramark suggests, you could look at a CDN to help alleviate the problem. A new theme/template may help, but is unlikely to be any sort of silver bullet.

Transferring a site to wordpress and its effect on SEO
even after correctly redirecting it could take a few days to a few weeks to have your stable position back. So if your business would hurt extra in summer, do not move until after the season. (appart from the risk you are taking if you or your webbuilder does not have the experience to do this correctly)

I think this website has been hit by Panda, but I would appreciate your opinion
Here's more info on blocking javascript and the effects it can have on ranking: https://yoast.com/google-panda-robots-css-js/ It's certainly possible that it's affecting the site, but there could be other issues as well. Regarding the news articles, the number of words is not what matters most but whether these are useful to people. If most of these have very low user engagement, then they could possibly cause Panda to affect the whole site.

Is my plan the right plan? - What do you suggest/do?
Hi there I would say your plan is pretty fundamentally solid. Moz offers some great resources: The Beginner's Guide to SEO The Beginner's Guide to Link Building The Beginner's Guide to Social Media Moz Academy All of the above will help you build a solid foundation with your SEO, link building, and social media. A lot of this comes down to knowing what your audience is searching for, what kind of content they like, and where to find them. If you can nail all of that down, you're golden. You're providing value to your audience with great content, and that's when people want to link to you - when they see you're providing REAL value to your industry or niche. It all comes down to research and aligning your business goals with your audience goals - take the time now to get a good gameplan going by learning as much as you can, test it, and tweak as needed. Hope this all helps! Good luck!

Is adwords data in organic ranking relevant?
Martijn is completely correct. Organic & Paid in no way assist in the other's performance. The piece of information you are lacking in this is what keywords are people coming to your site for. Your brand, of course. but there are other nuances to organic that keeps your time on site up than from PPC. You might not want to be using your home page for your PPC Brand traffic either. It might be too broad for the fast clickers who tend to click on ads. Making sure that you're sending them to a landing page on your site that answers pertinent questions most users are looking for will liekly help with your time on site. Also, make sure that your PPC account isn't broad matching to your brand name. You will want to make sure you're using a modified broad match on your brand and keeping your PPC account in good shape or else it will pull in irrelevent traffic and not perform as well as it should.

I'm invisible!
Update: The bad links have been disavowed and WMT does not mention them anymore (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/external-links). Also the no-follow tags have been removed. Still working on high-quality links (:-)) and im trying to add content on a daily basis. So far no results.

Dfferent url of some other site is shown by Google in cace copy of our site's page
I've seen instances where Google has created a canonical relationship between two duplicate URLs, even if one isn't explicitly defined. In these cases, they're basically deciding that the documents are duplicates and choose one for search. The document is linked to another site entirely, which may not be helping, either. If this is a document that lives on multiple sites or is provided by a third party, ranking for it or getting Google to see it as unique may be very difficult. There could be technical issues here, but I'm not seeing any offhand - it's possible Google just doesn't want to index multiple copies of what it sees as exactly the same document. If it's important to rank for it, you might need to create your own, slightly customized copy, or an HTML version.

Ranking Not Getting Up
Hi There I believe I gave some suggestions for this site a few months ago here: http://moz.com/community/q/ranking-go-down - I think the only improvement from that time is the graphics look better. Other than that, the other issues still remain. The highest priority is the unnatural links pointing to the site with a lot of commercial anchor text. I would start with that list and let us know if you need more help after that. -Dan

How to consolidating my domains to the .com
Hi Highland, Thank you so much for your input here. I actually wondered if it applied if it applied to me because I had one brand across all 3 domains. The reason why we established it this way was because it does send better signal to our local customers and in that case we are ranking quiet well for competitive keywords in Australia and New Zealand. The USA domain is quiet slow at the moment, but I'm sure that is because it is a lot steeper. One thing that stood out in Rands video was the content and the audience overlap. Content is the same for all three and our audience is the same for all 3.
