I have a pipeline of content at the moment and not enough distribution. I also have web properties that can take posts etc

Did you try eightfoldlogic and ontolo? Then there are also advanced search queries like : Keyword + inurl:category/guest, Keyword + “guest post” etc which can help in finding guest post opportunities.

I am not looking for tools to identify individual websites, i am looking for content swap platforms or communities

Both ontolo and eightfold look like generic link prospecting tools, which is not quite what Im after
